Debating with you holds no significance when you have already declared Companions like ABU BAKR SIDDIQUE (رضی اللہ عنہ) and UMAR IBN AL KHATTAB (رضی اللہ عنہ) as hypocrites or disbelievers. However, I address those who truly love the Companions and the family of PROPHET ﷺ.
➡️ For those who do not understand, this reference is to Bagh E Fadak, Which according to the shia 🪳, was usurper by SIDDIQUE E AKBAR [ MAAZ'ALLAH].
Fadak was a garden with date palm 🌴 trees. It produced many dates, Which the Jews handed over to the PROPHET ﷺ without a fight. Such property, acquired without a fight, is called "MAAL E FAYE".
IMAM SAYYED JURJANI (رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ), In his book Al Taʿrīfāt, writes that both AHLE SUNNAH WAL JAMA'AH and Even Ahle Tashai agree that property obtained without a fight is called MAAL E FAYE. Therefore, Bagh E Fadak was "MAAL E FAYE". ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2️⃣ What is the ruling of SHARI'AH on this property??
In SURAH HASHR AYAT No. 7, It is clearly stated that such property (Which ALLAH bestowed upon the Prophet from the Jews) is not inheritance.
[ To the Shia 🪳 who present verses about the inheritance of other Prophets, I want to say that the property they inherited was not MAAL E FAYE].
By Allah command, The Prophet distributed the income from Bagh E Fadak among the poor, needy, orphans, and even those who came from other countries to learn ISLAM in MEDINA, especially the ASHAB E SUFFAH (who lived near The Prophet's house and had no home in Medina). The widows also received stipends from it. The Prophet also gifted a portion of this wealth to his wife's. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3️⃣ After The Prophet's Demise, SAYYEDAH FATIMAH رضی اللہ عنہ approaches SIDDIQ E AKBAR :
When HAZRAT ABU BAKR SIDDIQUE رضی اللہ عنہ was appointed Caliph by the consensus of all Companions, The Prophet's daughter came to him and said, "This garden is my father's property, and as his daughter, I should inherit it".
In response, SIDDIQ E AKBAR recited a Hadith and said, "I heard The Prophet say that Prophet's do not leave any inheritance. Whatever they leave behind is charity. O Prophet's daughter, this Hadith is my mind, and because of this, I cannot give you the garden". [ Sahih al-Bukhari 📙- 4240, 4241]
🚩 Shia's 🪳 Objection: Shia argue that ABU BAKR fabricated this Hadith. There is no such Hadith That says Prophet's do not leave inheritance or that it is not distributed.
The Answer 🥱.. Shia 🪳 are so unaware of their fabricated religion 😂 that they do not even read their own books but instead accuse our ABU BAKR ⁉️ In their book, Which they consider the most authentic after THE QURAN, "Usool E Kaafi" written by YAQOUB KULAYNI ( considered the greatest Muhaddith of their sect).
In volume 2 of "Usool E kafi", in the section on knowledge and its virtues, IMAM JAFAR E SADIQ رضی اللہ عنہ states, "Scholars are the heirs of Prophet's. Prophet's do not leave Money, Gold or Silver as inheritance; instead, they leave Knowledge has gained the best part of their life"
Thus, this Hadith is agreed upon by both AHLE SUNNAH AND Ahle Tashai..
It is also in our books 📚 that SAYYEDAH FATIMAH رضی اللہ عنہ not pleased with this and remained upset with SIDDIQ E AKBAR رضی اللہ عنہ for a few days!! When SIDDIQ E AKBAR learned of her Displeasure, He went to SAYYEDAH FATIMAH house himself.
This narration is also found in shia 🪳 sources.[Book 📙 'Haq-qul Yaqeen' - Mullah baqir majlisi]
SIDDIQ E AKBAR went to SAYYEDAH FATIMAH house. HAZRAT ALI رضی اللہ عنہ was also present there. SIDDIQ E AKBAR said to SAYYEDAH FATIMAH.."I heard that you are displeased because i did not give you Fadak and because you are not satisfied with the Hadith i presented from The Prophet. O Prophet's daughter, please be pleased, this ABU BAKR is ready to give you all his wealth and property instead. But i cannot give Fadak because of the QURANIC verses and your Father's Hadith in my mind"...
Mullah baqir majlisi himself writes that maula Ali also confirmed this Hadith, and after this, SAYYEDAH FATIMAH was pleased with SIDDIQ E AKBAR. The issue was resolved..
*** But since Shia 🪳 are masters in fabricating stories, they concocted another series of FAIRY TALES. Because of these stories, Shia 🪳 curse ABU BAKR SIDDIQ to this day....

You claim that ABU BAKR first usurped Fadak, followed by UMAR. So tell me, if someone usurped someone else's property, who would inherit that property after their death? That usurped property would go to their children!!!
I challenge the shia 🪳 to show thaf after ABU BAKR Demise, did he pass Fadak to his children??? When Abu Bakr inheritance was distributed, was Fadak included in this distribution????
You insist that the inheritance of Prophet's goes to their children. Then Tell me, among the Prophet property, Fadak was not solely FATIMAH ZAHRA share.. The Prophet had 9 wives who were alive at that time... According to Islamic law, A Husbands property is also inherited by his wives..
So among the Prophet's wives were SIDDIQ E AKBAR daughter HAZRAT AYESHA and HAZRAT UMAR daughter HAZRAT HAFSA.. Why didn't ABU BAKR or UMAR give a share of Fadak to their Daughters????
So ABU BAKR & UMAR did not give Fadak to the Prophet's wives who were also their daughters because they follwed the Quranic verse and the Prophet Hadith!!!

6️⃣ FOURTH CALIPH: MAULA ALI رضی اللہ عنہ and Bagh E Fadak:
Shia 🪳 say that ABU BAKR usurped Fadak as soon as he became Caliph, followed by UMAR and then UTHMAN.. After HAZRAT UTHMAN, Maula ALI became the Caliph so Fadak came under his control.. Why didn't Maula Ali correct this mistake by giving Fadak to the Children of FATIMAH ZAHRA, Who were alive at the time ( Hassan, Hussain, Zainab And Umme Khulthum رضی اللہ عنہ)???
⁉️ Did Maula Ali also usurp the Prophet's inheritance and not distribute it to FATIMAH رضی اللہ عنہ children??

It is proven that neither HAZRAT ABU BAKR SIDDIQUE, HAZRAT UMAR IBN AL KHATTAB, HAZRAT UTHMAN BIN AFFAN, nor HAZRAT ALI BIN ABU TALIB usurped Bagh E Fadak, but it was ALLAH command that this property belonged to ALLAH and his Messenger, and there would be no inheritance in it.
This property, being MAAL E FAYE, was for thr poor relatives, orphans, and travelers. The Prophet acted upon this, and after him, his Caliph acted upon it.
This is proven from both AHLE SUNNAH WAL JAMA'AH And Ahle Tashai books......
