Guys I really need advice— the mall near my house has a pet shop that is very clearly violating animal rights. They keep puppies in small glass cube rooms without any toys in close proximity to each other up against the window. The store itself is very cramped and there have been many reports over the years of neglect. This things been here since the 90’s and has yet to be shut down. I have very minimal resources to deal with this issue but the thought of all those poor animals suffering horrify me. What do I do?
