Soul's Path - Kardecist Spiritism
Home Gospel – The Light You Can Bring Into Your Home
In Kardecist Spiritist tradition, there exists a beautiful practice embraced by Spiritist groups all around the world – the Home Gospel, a weekly moment of prayer, reflection, and spiritual light held in the peace of one’s own home.
It is not a ritual or a ceremony.
It is a return to the teachings of Jesus in the simplest, calmest, and purest way.
---
Where does the idea of the Home Gospel come from?
Its roots reach back to the time of Allan Kardec, who emphasized that true religion lives in the heart, not within the walls of a temple.
However, the greatest promoter of the Home Gospel was Chico Xavier, a medium who devoted his entire life to service and kindness.
In his home in Uberaba, regular family meetings were held where passages from The Gospel According to Spiritism were read, prayers were offered, and Jesus’ teachings were discussed in an atmosphere of peace.
Over time, this practice spread throughout Brazil and the world because it brought not only spiritual harmony, but also balance within the home.
---
Do you need to go to church to study the morality of Jesus?
In Spiritist philosophy, the answer is simple: no.
You do not need an institution to come closer to God.
You do not need sacraments to understand the teachings of Jesus.
All you need is the desire to grow, an open heart, and the intention to walk the path of goodness.
The Home Gospel becomes a place of learning, reflection, and connection with the spiritual world — with no intermediaries, pressure, or dogma.
---
How is the Home Gospel carried out?
Each home may adapt it slightly, but it usually consists of a few simple steps:
1. Preparing a harmonious atmosphere
Calmness, fresh energy, and good intentions.
You may light a candle, but it is not required.
What matters is the disposition of the heart.
2. Opening prayer
A short and simple request for guidance, protection, and understanding of the teachings that will be read.
3. Reading a passage from The Gospel According to Spiritism
This may include:
- a comment related to Christ,
- a parable,
- a moral analysis by Kardec,
- or an excerpt from another Spiritist work based on the Gospel.
After the reading comes reflection – conversation, thoughts, and practical application in daily life.
4. Fluidic water
A special element of Spiritist tradition.
A glass or jug of water is placed on the table.
During the prayer and Gospel reading, protective spirits infuse it with positive magnetism, harmony, and healing energies.
The water is then drunk after the meeting – a symbolic and real moment of receiving spiritual support.
5. Closing prayer
For the home, the family, friends, those in need, the guardian spirits, and the spirits who came seeking learning or assistance.
---
The presence of spirits during the Gospel
The Home Gospel is not only a gathering of people — it is also a space of spiritual work.
Many Spiritist communications (including from Emmanuel and André Luiz through Chico Xavier) explain that during such meetings, spirits who seek light, peace, and learning may come.
In this harmonious environment of prayer they can:
- listen,
- learn,
- calm their emotions,
- receive spiritual help.
Sometimes a medium present may perceive a message from a “communicating spirit” — a being who expresses emotions, explanations, or teachings from the spiritual plane.
It is not required, but it is a natural part of the practice for some families.
---
Why is it so important?
Because the home becomes a sanctuary of goodness — a place where spiritual light constantly refreshes the atmosphere.
Because families and friends can learn the morality of Christ in a practical, living way.
Because guardian spirits can work with us and around us in a deeper manner.
Because the harmony created during the Gospel influences the entire week.
This is not a religious obligation.
It is not a ritual.
It is an act of consciously choosing goodness.
Just that — and so much more.
---
Reflection
When we open the Gospel in our home, we open the door to peace.
We give ourselves and others a chance to change.
We create a space where God’s presence — through the teachings of Jesus — becomes a part of daily life, not a distant theory.
It is one of the most beautiful gifts we can offer our home.
---
What do you think about the above?
Do you practice the Home Gospel in your own home?

Soul's Path - Kardecist Spiritism
Allan Kardec — the man who organized the world of the spirit
When we speak about Spiritism, it is impossible not to begin with one person — Allan Kardec, the man who dedicated his life to understanding the invisible and passing on truths that continue to transform the consciousness of millions.
Kardec was not a mystic from his youth. He was a teacher, an educator, and a rational thinker. Raised in the spirit of logic and observation, he did not search for supernatural phenomena, miracles, or visions. His life changed only when he encountered the phenomenon of “talking tables,” which fascinated Europe in the mid-19th century. Kardec was not guided by fashion or excitement — he simply felt a responsibility to examine these events carefully, step by step, without rushing, using observation, comparison, and reason.
That is what set him apart from everyone else at that time. Kardec applied scientific methods to spiritual phenomena. He asked questions, compared answers received through mediums from different parts of the world, discarded contradictions, and kept only what remained consistent regardless of place or person. Thanks to this, Spiritism ceased to be a social curiosity and became a philosophy, a science, and a moral teaching.
In 1857 he published his greatest work: “The Spirits’ Book.” This one volume changed the course of modern spirituality. It contains answers from the spirits regarding God, life after death, the purpose of suffering, spiritual evolution, reincarnation, and the destiny of the soul. It was a book that restored hope — showing that death is not the end, and that every life has meaning.
But this was only the beginning. Kardec created an entire series of works that remain the foundation of Spiritism to this day: The Mediums’ Book, The Gospel According to Spiritism, Heaven and Hell, and Genesis. Each book brought clarity and understanding where before there was fear and confusion.
His path, however, was not easy. The Catholic Church called him a heretic, newspapers mocked him, and many tried to discredit his work. But Kardec never abandoned his mission. He knew that what he was bringing to the world was not a trend or an entertainment — it was a step forward in human evolution. He wrote that Spiritism did not come to destroy religion, but to cleanse it of fear and misunderstanding, and to encourage the moral development of the human being.
He was a man of great humility. He often repeated:
“If tomorrow science proves that Spiritism is wrong in some aspect, Spiritism must change its position.”
This sentence reveals how deeply he respected truth — not dogma, not popularity, but truth itself.
Allan Kardec passed away in 1869, but his work continues. Thanks to him, millions of people understand that:
Life does not end.
Every incarnation has a purpose.
Suffering is a lesson, not a punishment.
The spiritual world exists beside us, not above us.
And moral growth is the most important part of the human journey.
Kardec did not create a religion. He created a tool for awakening consciousness — and he did it out of love for humanity.
This is why it is worth speaking about him.
Worth remembering his contributions.
Because his work remains one of the greatest bridges between the earth and the heavenly world ever built by a human being.

Soul's Path - Kardecist Spiritism
🌿 Why Did We Create the “Path of Life – Kardecist Spiritism” Page and Group? 🌿
We have always carried within us questions that no one seemed able to answer.
What is the meaning of life?
Why do some people get ill while others don’t?
Why are some born into wealth while others are born into poverty?
Why do some children pass away shortly after birth while others live beyond a hundred years?
Why do some people have the “gift” of perceiving spirits while others see or feel nothing?
What happens to us when we die?
Does an eternal hell truly exist? A heaven among clouds?
For years, we couldn’t find the answers. The Catholic Church didn’t resolve our doubts — in fact, the deeper we searched, the less sense it made.
So we kept looking.
Until we discovered “The Spirits’ Book” by Allan Kardec.
The questions asked to spirits — through various mediums — and the answers given opened an entirely new space of understanding for us. For the first time, we felt we had found what we had been searching for our entire lives.
Spiritism is not a religion.
It is a philosophy of life based on love, ethics, spiritual growth, and responsibility for one’s actions.
There are no priests, no rituals, no obligatory meetings.
Instead, there is daily self-improvement, awareness, compassion, and understanding — toward both the living and those who have crossed to “the other side.”
A major part of this philosophy is reincarnation — a natural and just process that explains many of life’s deepest questions about suffering, talents, destiny, and the circumstances we are born into.
This knowledge changed our way of seeing the world.
We became more aware, calmer, better human beings.
Not perfect — none of us will become “a Jesus” in this lifetime — but learning every single day.
🌟 This is why we created this page and our group.
To share the knowledge passed on by spirits, guides, and spiritual mentors.
To help you better understand everyday challenges and the meaning behind your experiences.
To give each person a chance to find their own answers.
And something very important:
It is not our intention to persuade anyone to abandon their faith.
You can remain Christian, Buddhist, Catholic, Protestant — Spiritism does not contradict your beliefs.
We ourselves are Christians.
We believe in God and in Jesus Christ — though we understand His teachings in a way different from what is usually presented by priests.
We do not need to attend Mass, because we study the Gospel at home, guided by heart, logic, and spiritual experience.
Kardecist Spiritism does not take anything away from your faith.
On the contrary — it can deepen it, clarify it, and bring meaning to many difficult questions that traditional religions often leave unanswered.
It is a philosophy that invites reflection, never imposes.
It shows a path, without demanding blind obedience.
If you feel that these ideas resonate with you…
If you want to explore Spiritism more deeply…
If you are looking for a place to share experiences, ask questions, and find support —
💛 We warmly invite you to join our new Facebook group.
We are building a community of open-hearted, kind, and curious people.
Our dream is to help spread Kardecist Spiritism in Poland and around the world — which is why we also run a page and group in English.
If this idea touched your heart —
join us.
Together we can create a space filled with light, wisdom, and spiritual growth.

Soul's Path - Kardecist Spiritism
🌟 Our Spiritual Guide – the Light on the Path of the Soul 🌟
Every human being has a Spiritual Guide — a being more morally and spiritually evolved, who lovingly watches over us throughout our earthly life.
As Kardecist Spiritism teaches, we are never truly alone. There is always a spirit beside us — one who knows our heart, our weaknesses, our desires, and our suffering.
It is this guide who inspires us to do good, lifts us in moments of doubt, and protects us from straying off the path of light.
📖 Allan Kardec wrote in “The Spirits’ Book”:
> “Every human being has a guardian spirit who watches over them as a father watches over his child.”
(The Spirits’ Book, question 489)
This guardian accompanies us from the moment of birth until the end of our earthly journey — and often beyond, into the spiritual world.
He is our friend, counselor, and witness to our progress.
He never imposes his will, for he respects our free will, but gently whispers words of hope, inspiration, and love.
💫 How does his help work?
He does not speak with a voice that can be heard, but sends signs in subtle ways:
– through intuition,
– inner peace,
– dreams and thoughts filled with goodness,
– unexpected encounters or the words of others.
At times, his influence feels like warmth in the heart or a sudden understanding that everything has meaning.
It is not a coincidence — it is the touch of a friend from beyond the veil.
🌿 How to connect with him?
We need no rituals, amulets, or temples — only sincerity of heart and purity of intention.
Through prayer, silence, reflection, and good deeds, we open ourselves to his presence.
When we pray not for ourselves, but out of love for God and others, his voice becomes ever clearer.
🕊️ Why is this relationship so important?
Because it is a bond that connects us to the spiritual world.
A spiritual guide is a lighthouse amid the fog of human experience.
The more often we call upon him with gratitude, the stronger our connection becomes — and the more peacefully we endure life’s hardships.
Chico Xavier often said that “our guides are not far away — they are only one good thought away from us.”
🔥 And what happens when we turn away from the light?
When we choose the path of anger, jealousy, or pride, our guide does not leave us — but he cannot reach us, because we have closed ourselves to his subtle radiance.
As Kardec wrote:
> “Guardian spirits withdraw when they see that their advice is useless, yet they never lose sight of their charge and are always ready to return when called upon from the heart.”
(The Spirits’ Book, question 495)
It is a beautiful reminder that even when we stray, we are never truly abandoned.
All it takes is a spark of repentance and prayer, and our spiritual friend will once again surround us with his light.
🌟 You are not alone.
Your Spiritual Guide watches over you — in silence, with love, with patience.
He speaks through your heart, not through words.
Do not look for him far away in the heavens — he is here, close to you, ready to help you grow and lead you toward God.
🙏 Prayer to My Spiritual Guide
Spirit of light and love,
who watches over me by the will of God,
I thank you for your patience, your care, and your presence.
Help me to be worthy of your guidance.
Make my heart quiet, so that I may hear your voice,
and pure, so that I may recognize the goodness you show me.
When I fall — lift me up.
When I am lost — enlighten my path.
And when I am silent in pain — speak peace to my soul.
May your light lead me toward God,
toward the love that heals and unites all souls.
Amen. 🌟

Soul's Path - Kardecist Spiritism
🌌 Does God really exist?
Many say, “I don’t believe, because I see no proof.”
And that’s understandable — how can one believe in something that cannot be touched or measured?
Spiritism does not ask for blind faith.
It teaches that true understanding is born from observation, reason, and experience.
When the soul begins to perceive order in the phenomena of life and death, in the laws of nature and consciousness, it discovers something deeper:
An Intelligence that permeates everything.
This order cannot be the work of chance.
Every thought, every breath, every existence — is an echo of the same Force
that Spiritism calls the Supreme Intelligence, the First Cause of all things.
We do not have to believe out of fear.
We can come to know, through heart and reason, that God is not a person,
but a principle of love and harmony.
🌿 “Faith that is based on understanding is unshakable.”
— Allan Kardec

Soul's Path - Kardecist Spiritism
🌿 Earthly sufferings are remedies for the soul 🌿
Every experience of pain, sadness, or trials we go through on Earth has a profound meaning.
These are not punishments, but tools of healing — ways through which the soul cleanses itself, matures, and draws closer to the Light.
> “Earthly sufferings are remedies for the soul. They heal it and protect it for the future, just as a painful operation saves a patient’s life and restores their health.
That is why Christ said:
‘Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.’”
— Allan Kardec, The Gospel According to Spiritism, Chapter V
