The modern rhythm of life makes people in a state of stress, which negatively affects the life, health and well-being of everyone. It is often impossible to get out of a state of stress on your own. I offer my help in the form of meditation compositions created by me to improve the quality of life.

All videos are charged with various energies received by me and my husband according to our own unique technique, in order to improve well-being, health and other aspects of human life. These energies are based on the use of the knowledge of Vedic astrology and Ayurveda, as well as ancient yogic techniques.
