YouTube is once again hitting a brother Warhammer channel for 'inauthentic content'. Please go check out ‪@DeadliftsForTheDarkGods‬ video as he battles this rampant Ai that is plaguing us!

Many of you who have watched us on ‪@lorecrimes‬ will know Eli is an incredibly hardworking man. He wakes up everyday, scripts, edits and records his own stuff and has been consistently posting for years. Like many of us creators, he wants to deliver Warhammer content that people can enjoy for free.

His counter claim was rejected with not a single person having watched his required video response. His channel has been demonetised by Ai, and then rejected by Ai that can't even tell he is authentic. If you have time, go check his video out!

WE ARE SO BACK!

As of this morning the 3 videos have been restored and the channel strike has been taken down! I won't lie, the added stress of the channels future and the loss of income have made for a not so nice 2 weeks. But we are back in business, Eisenhorn part 1 & 2, plus Cain are back up!

A massive thank you to you, the viewers, the wider community and countless creators who reached out and supported me. It's nice to see us rally together, especially in worse situations like for The Remembrancer and Vox.

MarkScan Enforcement from what I can tell did try even more on their end, and had responded to the counter claims. But apparently not good enough for YouTube to take their side. Seriously worrying that any company not affiliated with GW can falsely claim their copyright. Hopefully the wider Warhammer community in longer a target for them now that they have received some push back.

Horrible news to wake up to. Unfortunately 3 of my videos, 'Eisenhorn part 1 & 2' and 'Ciaphas Cain' have been copyright removed and my channel has received a strike.

'MarkScan Enforcement' have claimed not any specific part, but the entirety of each video. From the music, visuals , excerpts and my voice. They claim to copyright GW work, even though they definitely do not work for or with GW. I have challenged it but unfortunately for the mean time these 3 videos will be unavailable.

And worse, if they steal more of my work and falsely claim it, I could face more strikes and channel deletion. I do not know if this is simply AI bots running rampant with false claims or a deliberate choice. I also have to put the fate of my channel in AI reviewing my case.

I'm going to keep pushing forward, Currently working on a Siege of Terra: Saturnine and more Lodge-Casts. I know others have had it way worse than me, but YouTube really need shore up their Copyright system from people or bots that take advantage of it.
