Which one are you missing? 🤔
The New Year is 48 hours away.
You have your plan.
But do you have your people?
I just released a deep dive on the 5 Types of People You Need in Your Circle.
Most High Performers I coach are missing Type #1 (The Challenger) or Type #4 (The Guide).
Click the video below to find out why that gap is dangerous.
👇 POLL: If you looked at your circle right now, which role is empty?

Question: What feels better?
Getting a gift, or watching someone open the gift you gave them? 🎁
Yesterday, my 9-year-old daughter gave me this box of stationery.
The ribbons were tied with "amateur enthusiasm," but her face when I opened it was the real highlight.
She was experiencing the Helper's High.
I released a video a few days ago explaining why this feeling is the secret to sustaining high performance in your career.
If you haven't watched it yet, it's the perfect Boxing Day watch.
Why Helping Others Is The Most Selfish Thing You’ll Ever Do- https://youtu.be/iLeYrQgi0II
Let me know in the comments—what was the best gift you gave this year? 👇

Are you a Grinder or a Giver?
Yesterday, I dropped a new episode that challenges the way we look at success.
We often think we have to "Grind" until we make it.
But the data shows that Grinders eventually burn out.
The secret to sustaining success isn't hustle- it's contribution.
In the video, I break down:
🧱 The 3 Types of Workers (Getter, Grinder, Giver)
🧠 The Neuroscience of the "Helper's High"
🚀 How to be "Selfish" by helping others.
If you haven't watched it yet, this might be the mindset shift you need before 2025.

Reading ≠ Learning.
A lot of people beat themselves up because they don’t read enough books.
But here’s the truth: reading is just one form of learning.
Learning can happen through:
📚 Books
🎧 Podcasts
🎥 Short videos
🗣️ Conversations with a coach or mentor
The key isn’t how many books you finish, it’s starting with curiosity, staying consistent, and letting small steps compound.
In this week’s V.I.T.A.L Office Hours, I unpack how to:
Reframe reading into learning
Start small without pressure
Build a learning habit you can actually sustain

A lot of the “values” guiding your decisions…
aren’t actually yours.
They were handed down.
From parents. From peers. From culture.
They became the default script you live by.
That’s why you sometimes feel torn, like your choices don’t line up with who you really are.
Because they don’t.
The truth is: until you choose your own values, you’ll keep living someone else’s life.
Successful people don’t just make better goals- they decide from values they’ve consciously chosen.
That’s what gives them clarity, conviction, and consistency.
I dive deep into this in my new video:
👉 How Successful People Decide Differently (And How You Can Too)

Most of us don't really make our own decisions.
We think we do but in reality it is pain, pressure, and popular opinion that pull the strings.
This is survival mode.
It keeps us alive, but it also keeps us stuck.
Successful people, however, choose differently.
They don’t decide based on what hurts less, or what everyone else expects.
They decide from what is truly important to them - their values!
And that changes everything.
When your choices align with your values, you stop second-guessing.
Procrastination fades.
Progress becomes predictable, not accidental.
But here’s the twist: most of our “values” aren’t even ours in the first place.
Our Parents...
Our peers...
Even our culture wrote the first draft of our scripts.
In other words, even when we think we are making decisions from what we consider important to us...
We are unknowingly still serving the interests of others...
Until we become intentional about rewriting our scripts, we’ll keep wondering why your decisions don’t feel like you.
That’s what I unpack in my latest video: How Successful People Decide Differently (And How You Can Too).
If you’ve ever felt like your choices are fighting your future, this will help you see why—and what to do next.

SMART isn’t the villain—it’s just unfinished.
In the new episode, I show why goals stall even when they’re “Specific & Measurable,” and introduce Precise Outcome Engineering—a lock-and-key way to design outcomes so action becomes automatic.
3 takeaways in 30 seconds:
* Targets ≠ traction. Add the keys (conditions) that make action inevitable.
* Make goals personal + in your control—turn “get promoted” into weekly levers you can do.
* Define evidence you can feel and see (not just numbers): “What tells my body and eyes this is working?”
Mini-challenge:
Rewrite one stale goal using these ideas and take the smallest step today. Momentum > motivation.
Watch the full breakdown—then tell me: Which goal are you engineering this week, and what’s your first key?
