Hello everyone, I've been thinking for a while, and I've decided that I need to take a step back from streaming for a little while. Even though it's only around four hours a week, I need every hour I can get to focus on my classes and my overall mental health (thanks, calculus).
This year has been great on YouTube, but my personal life hasn’t been the greatest. While I may be stepping away from streaming, I’ll still be working on content. I plan to create shorts for my return and some other projects I’m not ready to reveal just yet. I might also stream for special events (like a Fortnite live event).
Initially, I was aiming to reach monetization by the end of the year, but that might not be possible now with my decision to take this break. If you'd like to help me get as close as possible to that goal, I have a playlist named “Caseed Uploads” that contains all my content. You can go through there and get caught up on anything that you have not watched yet and desire to.
My semester ends on December 18th, and that’s when I plan to return. It might not be exactly that day, but it’ll be around then. Thank you all for your support this year, we surpassed my goal of 1K subscribers and we even hit 1.1K within a few months of reaching that milestone. When I come back, I have many untouched games on Steam that I’m excited to stream, and being on break will allow me to do that more often than I have been.
