Mike Markham has been working in HR for over 18 years in sectors ranging from Healthcare, Sports, Constructions, Charities to Marketing, Schools and Hospitality.
In 2016, Mike found himself as a Father fighting to see his children, working in an oppressive atmosphere, a 4.5 hour daily commute and suffering from depression. There had to be a better way for businesses and employees that supported both.
Cavell HR is built on this principle of marrying businesses and the needs to grow and scale to the needs of employees to have a working environment they felt a sense of belonging too!
