I need to admit something… I’ve binged 5 seasons of Vanderpump Rules in about 3 weeks 😭

But honestly? I have no regrets.

When your brain is constantly switched on, making decisions, building, creating… sometimes you just need mindless TV. No thinking, no strategy, just absolute chaos.

(at this rate I’ll probably finish all 12 seasons by next month 🫠)

Are influencers actually fake? I hear this narrative ALL the time, and I had a moment recently that really made me question it.

I spent a full day shooting with YouTube alongside 9 other creators. We were moving between rooms all day filming different pieces of content, and what stood out to me was how consistent everyone was. The same personalities, the same energy, the same charisma - whether the camera was on or not! It reminded me how false this narrative is.

Have you heard people say creators are fake before? I’m curious about what you think 👀

Spent International Women’s Day hosting an event for YouTube with 50 amazing female creators and the energy in that room was UNREAL.

What made it even crazier is that the very first event I ever hosted was in that exact room about five years ago! Full circle moment for sure.

Little secret… this is a snapshot of my LinkedIn performance from the past month 👀 and no, I don’t create all of the content by myself!

I hired a brilliant LinkedIn Manager who listens to everything I’m already saying - events, Stories, interviews, even posts like this - and turns it into LinkedIn-ready content. I approve, we publish, done. This time last year LinkedIn used to drain me. Now? Having a proper process (and support) has completely changed the game, and the results show!

This isn’t me saying you NEED to be on LinkedIn. It depends on your goals. For me, especially building a social media agency, it’s been powerful.

I just finished my first non-fiction book of 2026 (The 1% Rule) and honestly… I’m proud of myself!

Not just because the book was great (it is - especially if you’re in a rut and want to make a change), but because last year I barely touched non-fiction at all. It used to overwhelm me and make me feel like I wasn’t doing enough.

This year feels different. I’m clearer on what actually moves the needle, I’ve got a solid team around me, and reading this felt grounding rather than stressful.

Pro tip from me: be strategic with when you read books like this. If they send your brain into overdrive, read them when you want that kind energy.
