Hello beauties my name is Karima Davis. I am a mom,wife,9-5er, philanthropist and business owner of Treasure You Inc.
Studies have shown that women of color have the highest rate of infertility, maternal mortality,postpartum/ prenatal depression .
As a mom of 3 I've continued to share on my social media platform my experiences of battling PCOS, infertility, prenatal/postpartum depression. So many women of color have been vulnerable enough to share their challenges, ask for advice and even feel inspired. I decided to step out on faith and create a space to share my journey more in depth.
I am shedding more light on the many physical and mental health challenges that we battle as women of color during pregnancy, after childbirth and while trying to conceive.Discussing topics such as breastfeeding, sex, ways to cope and possibly reverse infertility, tips and tools to overcome postpartum/prenatal depression and so much more.

No I’m not a trainer but I use to have a damn good one that helped me maintain discipline, nutrition and fitness over the years that have produced results timelessly.
As a postpartum mom of 3 I understand that one size doesn’t fit all and everyone is not there yet with the discipline or confidence to be up in somebody’s gym. I was her and I thought I would never lose the weight that I wanted but I have time after time, 3 sections and 3 babies while battling PCOS.My goal is to help women build that confidence and resilience back up to take back control over your health while looking and feeling amazing doing it.
