I bought a wreck in Tuscany! And, man, does it need work!

In this whole new series I go through the process of buying and renovating a home in Italy. I am of course the guinea pig! I will be going in depth on the numbers: costs, fees, quotes, timeframes etc and steps of the process. The format of the videos will be more spontaneous and personal than my standard YouTube videos -- I want it to feel like we're casually hanging out!

Fellow dreamers of Italy, surprise! I've been busy this past month doing something a bit different than usual...

In addition to a new episode from a new, non-Apulian location (set to drop this weekend), I've been working on a project for a collaborator's channel in the same region. Be on the lookout this Saturday for the release of BOTH videos :-).
