Hiya all, I want YOU to vote who gets to be level 100 on my main account! All of the choices are 4 star characters because I wanted it to be a low value unit that still offers some fun value with them being level 100.

I went over the choices in my recent video, which you should check out because it contains my reasoning for why any of the characters chosen could be fun.

For my livestream VoD watchers, I think I am just going to turn off mid-roll ads for them, at least for the time being. I'd rather you be able to watch my content properly than me be able to make money from your view...

More info, for those curious, YT has this obnoxious issue lately where it puts a TON of ads automatically during the first few hours of a VoD specifically, which is entirely automatic and I have no control over the auto placement of if it is enabled at all. But I can disable it (mid-rolls) entirely, I believe. I don't really care if it makes me lose almost all ad revenue from the VoD at this point.

Even dumber is that during the livestream itself I do actually have control over frequency of auto ads. But the VoD of the same livestream doesn't care about my setting while live, it just auto-places a ton of mid-rolls, but usually only the first few hours. The second half (or more) of a stream VoD just has no ads, based on what my dashboard tells me. The only solution for me is to manually go into an individual video and remove most of the ad slots that are auto-placed (which is a process that takes several minutes of clicking through thigns), but I can only do that after being done streaming and WAITING for YT to process the VoD. Very dumb, and I cannot fathom why YT thinks it makes sense for a multi-hour stream VoD to have so many advertisements (I think the system just treats it the same as shorter videos after the stream is done, but I dunno)

Put a poll on this just to see if it even matters to most of yous, but feel free to comment your thoughts too. I updated my recent streams to not have mid-rolls, and future ones hopefully will not either (I still need to remember to manually turn them off...) Maybe I will mess around with ad placements in edited videos too, but I get much more of money I actually need to live from them so that's harder to find the balance for.

I have just finished moving into a new apartment with new (MUCH better) internet!

I will be testing a 4K stream shortly after this post goes up, which may go poorly because of computer hardware limitations rather than internet, for once, so feel free to join me for that!

Other than that, I am hoping to get back into making more videos once I am properly finished moving, and I plan to try streaming more on Twitch for more variety content, and will likely dual stream as well! Hopefully I will see you there, but if not, maybe you will notice my ping being slightly lower in future Genshin videos lol
