How to lose body fat & keep your curves 👇🏽
A lot of women think they have to choose between being skinny or being curvy.
You don’t.
When I started my journey, I stopped focusing on losing weight as fast as possible and started focusing on building muscle while losing body fat.
I walked more.
I lifted weights.
I ate more protein.
I stayed in a slight calorie deficit.
No detox teas.
No waist trainers.
No starving myself.
Just boring consistency.
Some weeks the scale barely moved, but my waist got smaller, my glutes got rounder, my clothes fit better, and my confidence came back.
That’s the difference between weight loss and body recomposition.
You don’t just want to be smaller.
