I’ve struggled with my weight my WHOLE life. I’ve been obese before… lost 134lbs… gained it back… and after pregnancy, I didn’t even recognize my body anymore.

It was HARD. Mentally, physically… everything.

There were days I didn’t feel confident. Days I wanted to give up. Days I looked in the mirror and thought “I’ll never get back.”

But I still showed up.

I stayed consistent with my workouts, my routine… even when it wasn’t perfect. And I’m not gonna lie to you—it wasn’t easy.
