Your body is powerful. It created life. Now we rebuild it with intention.

I’m not “snapped back.” I’m slowly getting there. Tightening my skin, improving elasticity, reducing the appearance of stretch marks, building muscle under the skin so everything looks firmer. It’s a PROCESS not magic.

Here’s what actually helped me 👇🏽

1️⃣ Lift weights 3–4x a week (muscle = tighter look)
2️⃣ High protein daily (this supports skin + muscle repair)
3️⃣ 10–15k steps to reduce overall body fat
4️⃣ Hydration 2–3L minimum (skin needs water sis)
5️⃣ Collagen-rich foods / vitamin C support
6️⃣ Slow fat loss — not extreme dieting
7️⃣ Core + deep core work for that “pulled in” look

During pregnancy I still moved my body safely. Postpartum I focused on body recomposition not starving myself.

My name is Alvine

I lost 134 lbs once.
Then I got pregnant again… and gained 77 lbs during my second pregnancy.

I know what it feels like to wake up and not recognize your body.
To feel heavy, bloated, tired, emotional.
To be a bigger girl, or even “just a few pounds up,” and still feel uncomfortable in your own skin.

I started again 5 weeks postpartum not to be skinny, but to feel like myself.
I started with walks.
Then core healing.
Then strength training.
Slow. Simple. Consistent.

I’m still breastfeeding.
Still a mom. Still busy. Still human.

This isn’t about rushing your body.
