Application of 3D measurement Videoscope to detect grouting saturation
In prefabricated concrete construction projects, the fullness of sleeve grouting is an important indicator to determine the quality of prefabricated exterior wall construction. If the grouting fullness does not meet the standard, it will directly affect the strength, mechanical properties, thermal insulation capacity, and anti-seepage capacity of the exterior wall structure of bridges, buildings, tunnels, etc. Therefore, the detection of sleeve grouting fullness is crucial.
When operating through the drilling endoscope method, first use the front-view observation lens to detect the fullness of the steel sleeve grouting in real time, and then use the side-view lens to measure, and extend the detection channel from the center of the prefabricated component outlet, or directly extend the detection channel from the drilling position of the sleeve wall. After reaching the inner cavity of the sleeve, observe downward to obtain the vertical distance between the upper surface of the grouting material and the end face photographed by the side-view measurement lens, and calculate the grouting fullness in combination with the sleeve size. Observe and comprehensively evaluate the quality and stability of the concrete structure based on the grouting fullness data.
In addition, the length of the steel bar insertion can be detected by the videoscope method. By measuring the relative distance between the end of the steel bar insertion and the reference point, it is judged whether the steel bar insertion length meets the design requirements.
