Awesome #snowday 2025! The girls had so much fun in this snow, definitely the biggest in their lifetime. And, they got to go sledding at #reevesfarm, my old neighborhood sledding hill in #arlington since we just moved to walking distance! ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø #reevesland #bestsleddinghill

How different is buying a Co-op, compared to a Condo?

While filming my recent video about living in the Southwest Waterfront, I thought about the contrast between condos and co-ops. The real estate numbers in the area are really very odd, due to the high number of co-op buildings. For example, a typical DC condo might cost $450k–$800k with monthly fees around $250–$850, while a co-op could cost $80,000 with fees as high as $2,300 a month. This prompted me to break down the key differences between condos and co-ops.

How to Move to DC

I have been a little slow with my video posting as of late. I apologize for that! In the middle of some big life changes, all for the better, and a very nice upswing in real estate business! I am always going to devote MOST of my working hours to my clients. At the end of they day, that's what really matters the most to me, making sure my clients get the very best out of each RE transaction, and are understood and communicated with at a level that exceeds their expectations throughout the process.

Things are really coming together for the girls and I, and promise I will have PLENTY of new videos coming out soon. Lots in the works, about local real estate, neighborhoods, and these fun life events I mentioned.😜
