My maternity leave is over and I'm back at work I've decided to make my closet lighter so I can ease back into career mode. Statistically Black women have historical, social, and supportive barriers that hinder us from attempting to breastfeed. Overall, fed is best; however, you can! Your mental health comes first but if you want to breastfeed, exhaust all of your options and find an intimate support group. Check out Cramel's video and mine and let us know your thoughts. xoxo
