Tractor Time with Tim

Christy’s dad fell in this hole earlier this week.

He was attempting to repair a broken field drainage tile.
When a drainage tile breaks, it typically washes out a large hole like this.
To fix, Bobby was digging it out further with his Deere 110TLB. The intent is/was to insert a section of pipe, then fill the hole back in.

Bobby says he attempted to reach down into the hole to pull on the white pipe shown in the first photo when his hand lost ‘traction’ and allowed him to tumble head first into the nearly 6’ deep hole. He somersaulted before landing on his head, neck, and back.

After laying there for an unknown period of time, he finally mustered the strength to climb out. He drove his backhoe home, and naturally didn’t call anyone for help.
Thankfully, a good friend stopped by to check on him. …and ended up staying all night with him.

We were thankfully already on our way from Indiana to NC for our pre-Christmas visit.

When we arrived, we took him to the hospital.

His condition:
5 fractures in his neck and back
3 rib fractures
Fractured sternum
Pulmonary embolism

We are in the ICU at present. Doctors seem optimistic for full recovery, but given that he is 88, we are concerned.

Unfortunately, AHW has decided to terminate this deal as of the end of July '24. Shipping costs have increased dramatically since we started this partnership. They have decided they simply can't afford this discount.
I proposed a smaller discount, along with several other approaches. Unfortunately, they are no longer interested in continuing. Oh well.

Free Rimguard is included with the first 10 tractors purchased at the cloudstore.co/ reverse (Dutch) auction. These tractors are essentially new, but sold as used. At least 1.5 years of original warranty remains.
(There are a couple of older tractors for sale as well. Those are specifically indicated. I think both are 3520's).
Prices will be lowered every 12 hours until someone buys the machine.

Details about the sessions I will be leading this Saturday at the ‪@SydenstrickerNobbePartners‬ Outdoor Show. 10-5pm Feb 3, 2024. St Charles (MO) Convention Center

3pm: MY UNFILTERED PERSPECTIVE of the various Deere compact tractor models. More "opinionated" than you see in our videos, and likely not in sync with Deere's official marketing. We believe this insight will help you make better / more informed choices.
If we have time, I will take "comparison" requests from the audience...i.e: Kioti CK3510 vs. 2038r, etc.

1pm: My perspective on the state of the market. We'll show actual auction sale price histories from ‪@TractorZoom‬'s subscription service, and discuss how you can make the best decisions based on these trends.
If we have time, we can take requests on see auction price history on specific makes/models.

11am: My criteria for selecting a tractor brand. While we have shared some of this in our videos, there are details best suited for an in-person audience. We can share much more insight in this setting.
You will see a "more unguarded" and "more opinionated" TTWT than we can share in our videos.
