I’ve been working on a food allergy and mast cell coloring book and it just launched!
Living with food allergies and mast cell conditions means carrying so much that most people never see. I created this book to bring a bit of comfort, validation, and joy to that experience. Your reality is valid, your feelings are real, and you are never alone in this.
I spent a long time trying things that everyone was saying were amazing for your health. But they only made things worse.
It wasn’t until I started looking at how my body was actually responding, that I realized how much stress I was putting on my system, blindly, just to try to “heal”.
Sometimes you need to take a step back and listen to your body and not all the noise around you.
Since there are a lot of new people here (hi!!), I thought I’d reintroduce myself and share a few fun, random things about me and my life.
I’m a Leo sun AND Leo moon. 🦁
I’m an ENJT.
I was born in London, moved to LA when I was younger. I just graduated from USC where I studied Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation. As well as creating content, I have a marketing agency that focuses on helping health care communities use digital media to build community.
I got diagnosed with MCAS, POTS, and a handful of autoimmune conditions in 2021, and started posting on social media at the end of 2022. What started as me just sharing my weird life with allergies turned into all of this (you all have changed my life).
Some random things that changed my life the most in this whole health journey: ✨
– Going for walks first thing in the morning
– Somatic healing
– The right therapist
– Changing how I see my reality
Here, I hope you feel seen in whatever you’re struggling with, and that you know that just because something feels abnormal or hard to explain, doesn’t mean your life can’t still be your normal. It doesn’t have to make sense to other people to be valid. You can still feel good and be happy where you are now while wanting something different for the future.
Stick around for more on:
– What it’s like living with MCAS, POTS, and 100+ food allergies
– Mental + emotional health (aka the stuff no one prepares you for)
– Routines and systems that make life doable
– What healing really looks like
Thank you for being here! I love getting to share this space with you. 💚

For long form videos, what day do you like best for them to be posted?
I've started exploring different topics and formats again, currently every other week, and I'll keep seeing what works best.
If you have anything specific you'd like to see, let me know in the comments.

The coloring book is published again!!
After all the issues, I had to make a completely new listing and republish but it's back.
You can now get it at amzn.to/49632wj
p.s. the one in the image has a gray banner that yours won't have, it's just because it's the proof

you’d be surprised what you can make with only a few ingredients
it’s not always easy cooking without grains, seasonings, or most basic ingredients, but it’s fun to experiment and discover new things
Do you agree? Which ones did I miss?
