Look, people are going to persecute you. They are going to reject you. Many are not going to like the way you preach. Many won't like it if you're bold. They won't like it if you rebuke sin. They are going to say things about you. Many are going to despise you. You're going to be misunderstood. You're going to have to stand alone at times and be the minority.
This is what you signed up for with Christ. So accept it, then your emotions will not be broken.
"Remember the word that I said to you, a servant is not greater than his master. If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours "(John 15:20)
All those who live Goldy will suffer persecution. Expect it.
This comes with the package deal of salvation. Persecutions, hardships, tribulations, and rejection.
Learn to always accept rejection. Then you won't become offended and hurt when it comes!

This was some of the last words Jesus said before he was carried up into heaven.
Jesus commanded that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name. He did not say go out and tell everybody just to believe in his finished work. He said preach repentance.
People today are making up their own traditional way of preaching that rejects the commandment of Jesus to preach repentance. Just like the Pharisees did.

They make up their own traditional way of preaching, and they reject the commandment of Jesus to preach repentance and remission of sin. They say don't preach repentance, just tell people to believe in the finished work of Jesus. They lay aside the commandment of Jesus Christ, and they hold to their own tradition. A tradition is a belief. They reject the commandment of Jesus to preach repentance and lay hold of their own traditional way of preaching.
The apostles obeyed the commandment of Jesus.
'Then Peter said unto them, 👉REPENT👈, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost'(Acts 2:38)

You never see the apostles going through the streets preaching to everyone just to believe in the finished work of Jesus, there's nothing you can do. They didn't preach like that. They preached a message of repentance because they were obeying the Commandment of Jesus.
There's men today who are not under the authority of Jesus, and they're not preaching the same message that the apostles preached. They're being led by a different spirit. The Holy Spirit will lead you to preach like the apostles preached in the book of Acts. They preached a message of repentance.

Paul the Apostle was enduring hardships for Jesus Christ. Paul, the Apostle, was active. Paul had a living faith. He didn't have a dead faith. Paul didn't preach, hey, just don't do anything, just believe. You don't have to work for Jesus. You don't have to turn from sin. You don't have to serve Jesus christ. Just believe in faith alone, that's it. Paul didn't preach that. Paul preached fight the good fight of faith and lay hold of eternal life'(1 Timothy 6:12)
Most people today are fighting the good fight of facebook. They're just the facebook Christians. They will always be on facebook typing in the comment sections. Offended at street preaching. Offended at holy living. They are the hearers of the word and not the doers. But on facebook, they are the facebook warriors who always criticize those who are serving Jesus Christ out of a pure heart.
Most people are just facebook fakes. They know a false doctrine, but they don't know Jesus. God doesn't move mighty in their life. God does not answer their petitions in prayer. They have a head with scripture in it. But they have a heart without Jesus.
Many people are like that.
Facebook is fakebook. Everyone can come on fakebook and pretend to be anybody they want to be.
People call themselves Apostle and prophet an evangelist and Watchmen, and many of them live wicked. They got cuss words coming out of their mouth. They sit on facebook and talk about everybody. They troll the comment sections only wanting to argue. They don't serve Jesus. The furtherest they go to serve Christ is in the comment section of facebook.
People need to really get saved, or they are going to burn in hell.

Did Jesus Christ live a slothful lazy lukewarm disobedient life sitting around being a busy body? No! Jesus was active in the work of his father. Jesus was praying for people and preaching the kingdom of God and teaching people the truth. Jesus Christ was seeking to save sinners. Jesus went everywhere doing the work of the kingdom.
Paul said to be a follower of him as he follows Christ. Paul the Apostle went everywhere, preaching the word of God and praying for people and spreading the message of the Gospel.

Paul didn't live his life as a hypocrite, saying he believed in Jesus, but he didn't have to do anything.

True disciples of Jesus will deny themselves and pick up their cross and follow the Lord. They will lose their life for Christ. They live the crucified life. God moves mighty in their life and answers their petitions in prayer. They forsake all, and they follow the Lord. They don't live a worldly life anymore. They live by true faith. The just shall live by faith. That's a living faith, not a dead mouth profession faith that's corrupted with falsehood.

JESUS said we do works, but your Preacher says on Sundays no works. Who are you going to believe? JESUS or your faith alone pastor and FB theologian whose an idle babbler. They parrot what they hear. DO YOU HAVE GOOD WORKS, DEAD WORKS, or NO WORKS?
Who gave himself for us to redeem us from ALL OF OUR LAWLESSNESS and to PURIFY for himself a people for his own possession who are ZEALOUS (fanatical) for good works. Titus 2:14

Many try to hang their hat (pet doctrine) on Eph.2:8-9 and ignore verse 10. That scripture is about the works of the flesh. It is not possible to have fruit of the Spirit and do nothing. You will know them by their fruit (deeds). Titus 1:16, 1Jn.2:3-5
