Where do you find yourself during events? At the front? at the back? or somewhere in between?

I am that one person who comes out of events looking for good pictures of myself unsuccessfully.
Why? I'm always too busy at the back end running the show! Making sure everything is right, is the assignment of the event manager/ project manager or coordinator, that happens to be me.

In my almost 10years of career, I have managed all types of events from big to small and formal or informal. Few things I have learned about events;

1) There is no small event.
2) No matter how locked down your PLAN A maybe, make room for Plan C.
3) Get as much rest as you need at least 3days before the main event, after that only plan to rest again at least 2 days after the fact.
4) Stay Collected, you will be tried by almost every vendor on your list especially if they are new to you. Stay above it.
5) Whatever you can do to remedy a situation during the event do it. Forget about whose job it was or if it feels too late to try. You just might save the day!

Throwback to the time I put together the dopiest book launch and PHD graduation party Cameroon has ever seen. SO PROUD OF THIS ONE

I promised you an insight on my Communications and Public Relations Projects so I am here to deliver!
The M & B in NGEMBALY stand for "marketing" & "Branding" which are both rubrics in my daily practice of communications which I have so grown to love and admire.
I work with a faith based local organization "3650 PLASTICS AT 10" on fighting climate change through sensitization on environmental protection, plastic recycling and transformation and tree planting.
In my next video, our team goes to Bambui Village in Bamenda, NWR of Cameroon, where together with the community leaders and youths we take on tree planting for the protection of the natural water sources in the village. Follow US and be sure to subscribe on my channel fam!
