A drink made from cumin (jeera), fennel (saunf), carom seeds (ajwain), and fenugreek (methi) is a popular natural remedy in India, often taken in the morning. It has several health benefits when consumed regularly in moderate amounts:

🥤 How to Make It
Take:
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel
½ tsp ajwain

Soak overnight in 1 glass of water
Boil in the morning for 5–7 minutes
Strain and drink warm on an empty stomach

Don’t overconsume (1 glass/day is enough)
Avoid if you have very low blood sugar or acidity issues (ajwain can be strong)
Pregnant women should consult a doctor before using fenugreek regularly.
