A drink made from cumin (jeera), fennel (saunf), carom seeds (ajwain), and fenugreek (methi) is a popular natural remedy in India, often taken in the morning. It has several health benefits when consumed regularly in moderate amounts:

Don’t overconsume (1 glass/day is enough)
