Instructions for sending email to book Italy work visa appointments
If you do not receive an auto-reply email, please recheck the email ID you have sent the email to and check if reply went to spam/trash folder.
Read the message in auto-reply email carefully.
Use the table format exactly as given and send the information as an email attachment in Word or Excel files only (not in PDF).
Applicants will receive an appointment date and time via email only if their Nulla Osta is valid, and if they have shared the required information correctly.

28 March 2024 NEW APPOINTMENT BOOKING SYSTEM FOR WORK VISAS From Sunday 31st of March 09:00 AM Work Visa Applicants shall send to the email work.appointment@vfsglobal.com the following LINE duly filled up in all its parts:
NEW APPOINTMENT BOOKING SYSTEM FOR WORK VISAS
1 APPLICANT shall fill only 1 LINE. A single EMAIL and MOBILE NUMBER cannot be associated with more than one Line, 1 APPLICANT and 1 NULLA OSTA.
MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS FROM THE SAME EMAIL/MOBILE NUMBER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED.
Applicants will be given a slot according to the priority of arrival of each email.
Applicants having a Nulla osta expiring in the next 30 days will be given priority.
Applicants who don’t have a Valid and Verified Nulla osta will not be given any appointment. In these cases They shall refer directly to their employers in Italy, asking for clarifications.
BEFORE SENDING THE EMAIL, APPLICANTS SHALL CAREFULLY DOUBLE CHECK THE DATA INSERTED, MAKING SURE THAT THEY ARE CORRECT: INCORRECT DATA MAY RESULT IN A FAILED VERIFICATION AND THEN IN A REFUSAL OF THE APPOINTMENT.
FAKE OR FORGED DATAS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE.
THE WHOLE APPOINTMENT BOOKING SYSTEM IS FREE OF CHARGE: DO NOT TRUST ANYONE ASKING FOR PAYMENT OF THIS SERVICE, AND REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY TO VFS GLOBAL AND THE EMBASSY.
ALL THE APPOINTMENTS ALREADY TAKEN FOR APRIL 2024 ARE STILL VALID AND REMAIN IN PLACE.
