Dr. Kobilov graduated in 1988 from the Tashkent State Stomatology Institute, Uzbekistan. When he came to Canada in 2008, he continued his studies at the University Of Toronto, Faculty Of Dentistry, in a program designed for internationally trained dentists and got Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS). After graduation he purchased a dental clinic and moved to the Kingston with his family. He also attended a Live Implant Training and Education course in Kingston that same year.

In his practice, he offers a wide range of dental services including oral surgery, implant restoration, crown, bridge, and cosmetic dentistry. He is fully committed to his profession and continues learning through mentoring with dental specialists and dental training courses.
