Hi friends! Yesterday's video Stuffed Peppers for Two, gave two ways to cook these stuffed peppers, but there is a THIRD way! In the crockpot, of course! Cooking these stuffed shells in the crockpot couldn't be easier because everything is precooked; all you have to do is cook the peppers. Your settings for the crockpot version will be on High for 2 hours or Low for 4 hours. No liquid is necessary, because the peppers have moisture in them and that will be all the liquid you need.
