We have been on the Isle of Skye and what a collection of weather we have had!


Moody misty skies at Old Man of Storr, cloudy days at Portree, epic mist at Dunvegan and freezing cold wind and rain at Neist point! 🤣
Oh and we lost the drone……had to climb up the side of the stacks at storr to receive it! Not ideal for someone afraid of heights 🥴

Have you been to Skye? Is it a place you’d like to go?

We have been quite a few times now and LOVE it. We always go out of season as it gets busyyyy in Spring and Summer. It was busier than I expected for December too.

Happy New Year Wonderful People!

Here is to 2025 and all it may bring.

Our New Years Eve didn’t go to plan with power outage for 20+ hours, that didn’t come back on till a few hours before midnight! So we had pizza by candle and camp light. It wasn’t what we had planned but do you know what, it was absolutely lovely and a new year we won’t ever forget…. The year we had no power 🤣

Has anyone made any New Year’s resolutions?

I don’t tend too. For me the year starts in Spring when the earth comes alive.
But in the spirit of NY, my goals for the calendar year ahead are:

More adventures.
Lots more family time.
Travelling as much as we can.
Would also like to hit monetisation on this channel in 2025.
Improve and learn more about editing.

And in general just to live a forfilled life with the ones I love ❤️

We are now in that inbetween stage of Christmas and new year!

We are busy cleaning and tidying ready to start the new year all fresh and tidy, anyone else do this?
The Christmas decs are already down as we like to start the new year Christmas vibes free.

With Christmas fast approaching…….


I’am going to be taking a little break from filming/editing because ‘family first’ and I like to be fully present at these special times of year.

I love sharing our blessed lives here in the Scottish Highlands and I will see you back here in 2025!
I also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone one of you who video after video, show up and show love. It never goes unnoticed, ever! So a huge thank you for your continued support ❤️
