🇿🇦💛 I finally got my paintings back after taking them to get framed over two weeks ago. And I couldn't be more pleased! They're even more beautiful than I remembered and they fit perfectly on our walls.
This #SouthAfrican #Artist created some of the most impeccable work I've ever seen. And when we move to Johannesburg, we're going to make it a point to showcase even more of his beautiful artwork throughout our home.
Thank you, Daxx Tfwala. These are officially my two most favorite paintings. And I have you to thank for them. 💛🇿🇦
Please support Daxx's work. We found him at Rosebank Mall on a beautiful Sunday morning. #DaxxTfwala

One month ago, Eric & I were in the incredibly beautiful Johannesburg, South Africa. He had taken me there to celebrate my 50th birthday and to confirm if Johannesburg was where we wanted to live when we retire in a couple years. Within a day, we knew the answer was a resounding yes.
While there, we connected with so many amazing people - many of them with YouTube channels on their own. Many of them asked if we had channels, to which we replied, “We do, but we don’t have any content posted.” Needless to say, we captured so much amazing content and we felt the world needed to see it.
Historically, the media has almost always portrayed Africa in a negative light. In contrast, America is almost always portrayed as the land flowing with milk and honey. Neither of these representations depict the totality of either country. Africa is an amazingly beautiful continent filled with abundance, incredibly loving people, and the most amazing cultures. And it’s time the world saw THAT.
Eric & I started posting content less than two weeks ago. And today, we were blessed to learn that over 500 of you have become a part of the family and subscribed to our channel. ❤️🖤💚 Words cannot adequately describe how deeply we appreciate each and every one of you. Without you, this doesn’t happen. And for that…for YOU…we are eternally grateful. Thank you. From the bottom of our hearts.
What’s one thing you’ve been afraid to try because you’re allowing negative thoughts (and/or people) to tell you you’ll fail? Commit to doing that today. And don’t give up. What God has planned for you is already yours. He’s just waiting on you to take the initiative.
