šš» Hi, Iām Rachel. I support charities and social enterprises to step back, clarify priorities and build practical systems that help them secure funding, demonstrate impact and grow sustainably.
šļø Through Inspiring Positive Impact I share practical support and reflective resources for people and organisations creating positive change.
Inspiring Positive Impact
Iāve delivered many training workshops to very small charities and community groups, helping them develop a system to feel more organised in their research into potential funders, long before theyāre in a position to invest in a CRM. Iāve found that smaller groups in particular can find this process quite overwhelming, so itās not always seen as a priority.
So Iāve tried to simplify it, providing a user-friendly template that takes away some of the stress of what can feel like a whirlwind of competing deadlines for small teams.
šļø Iām now adapting my previous training into practical templates, worksheets, and step-by-step guidance for small charities, social enterprises, and community groups, starting with a simple process to log your funder research and keep track of funders.
In this monthās newsletter youāll also find:
š My full step-by-step fundraising course.
š» An update on the services I offer, reflecting this focus on process and structure.

Iāve just updated the way I describe my work to better reflect the direction Iām heading in.
Right now, I'm focusing on creating planning tools and resources that support purpose-led work. I'm also sharing more of my own process, and still take on consultancy projects when they're the right fit.
Youāll see my upcoming articles and videos reflect this shift. You can find out more here: www.rachelireland.co.uk/

Inspired by my favourite channel āŖ@JobsJournal⬠to create a new series of videos capturing moments from my creative freelance life in the countryside. In contrast to my training content, these videos offer a slower, more personal look at the routines, tools, and creative practices that help me stay grounded in purpose-led work. I hope they bring a sense of inspiration or connection, especially if you're navigating change too.
