My name is Joseph Carl Stanley Sr. I am black, falsely charged, railroaded, and when found on the right side of the 'Rule of Law, routinely forgotten and excluded. The US Constitution under the 5th and 14th Amendments (protection against Double Jeopardy and violations of Due Process) makes the rights of all U.S. citizens crystal clear. They are used as a weapon against underserved populations as a means to assure that calculated checks and balances go forth unimpeded. Everyone with open eyes and a clear conscience must be socially compelled to acknowledge the true 'State of our-Union' .
There is a clamorous echo (an insatiable hunger and thirst) for a return to "the good ole days". The UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION and the 'Rule of Law' is a "Chimera" and a " Fiction "for black, brown, poor and embattled Americans! Only "We the People'' can stand up together and right the wrongdoings of those who seek to benefit by imploring self-interest tactics, cronyism, and upward mobility, whose modus operandi is manifested via standing on the necks and thwarting the "air of liberty" that flows throughout the sinew which grants unapologetic freedom to ALL AMERICANS.

Dobroye utro, Nephew I applaud your courtesy and meticulousness, however, you can ask me anything pertinent to our relationship building, business venture aspirations and ultimate mutually reciprocal success. The reason I emphasize this is, I want to minimize areas of missed opportunities. I recall the time when Freeway Rick assumed something contrary when he heard HJ wanted to holla at him on some business. I was referring to real estate (as in purchasing) and they cowards around him said blah blah blah... Point is I have always remained behind the scenes, until that Podcast. I am not riding dirty anymore on noid status about the Feds and RICO acts (no pun intended)... So I am open to Intel, and in an AI era, very visible, (CPT-chat , MK-ultra, Wix platform) things I am new too, I offer a humble ear. This is what I will submit...
