If you thought marula oil was only good for your skin, think again! In today's video, I'm talking all about MARULA OIL FOR HAIR and why this luxurious oil deserves a place in your hair-care routine.
Marula oil is known for its moisturizing and conditioning properties and contains fatty acids and antioxidant compounds that can help soften dry hair, add beautiful shine, tame frizz, and protect dry, brittle ends.
I'm sharing how I like to use marula oil for:
• Dry and brittle hair
• Frizzy hair
• Sealing in moisture
• Dry ends
• Pre-shampoo treatments
• Deep conditioning
• Scalp care
• Protective styles
• Reducing breakage and retaining length
One thing I want to make clear: I don't consider marula oil a proven "hair-growth miracle." I look at it more as a hair-retention oil. If I can keep my hair moisturized, reduce breakage, and protect my ends, I have a better chance of retaining the length I grow.
Remember—a little marula oil goes a LONG way!
