Many students like me are rejected in PI Process and don't get a chance to convert 8 IIMs in Cap process.

I think this have to change and all colleges have to take their interviews seperately, so we have more chances in IIMs because due to rejection in one pi interview, I failed to get a chance in 8 IIMs.

What is your thoughts about it?
