I get asked this a lot:
“Why do you give so much away for free on YouTube?”
My answer: Because not every business has the budget for hands-on support, but plenty do have something worth offering the public sector. I don’t want lack of access to knowledge to be the thing that keeps good suppliers out.
Yes, I need to make a living.
And if you need proper, hands-on support, I can absolutely step in (for a fee), and I’ll do a bloody good job of it, too.
But if you’re doing this yourself? Fill your boots.
