GRANDMA'S YOUTUBE ACCOUNT GOT HACKED!!

Last night, someone emailed me about wanting to collab with their brand. They sent a media kit, complete with their proposal and all...I carelessly opened it, curious about what they're offering.

Couple of minutes later...I got signed out of all my Google accounts.

Then and there I realized, I just got hacked. The hackers changed the channel's setting to promote their cryp*to content.

I immediately reached out to Youtube and Google, and after more than 18 hours of back and forth email with them, I successfully recovered my account.

THANK GOD!!

All I want to say is, don't click or download random stuff from people you don't know. The online world can oftentimes be scary, so guard yourself. Don't give out your personal details, passwords, etc.

Lastly, I'm leaving you all with an old saying:

"If it's too good to be true, then it probably is."
