Rachel Brenke reminded us that your business contract is a customer service tool -- it's there to help prevent problems by establishing a baseline for your services & detailing what a client can expect when hiring you. Let the contract speak for you when a client asks for something that's out of scope -- let it tell your client no! 🙌🏼 So tell us...do you use a contract for every photo session?
