Hey friends, it's Amanda! 👋🏼 We have an episode airing this fall that's all about creating an elevator pitch for your business. I'm personally super excited because I've never had one! 🙈 What I do have though is a motto: your face deserves wall space. I wanted something catchy that would summarize my business in a single sentence. What about you? Do you have an elevator pitch or a motto?

She’s an absolute powerhouse — an attorney, author, Team USA triathlete, mom of five, and military spouse! We soaked up so much wisdom from her about the vital role of contracts in your photo business! We’ve highlighted 3 action items (inspired by her treasure trove of legal insights) that you can tackle this weekend...will you add these to your to do list?

Let's dig into contracts a little more! Rachel Brenke reminded us that your business contract is a customer service tool -- it's there to help prevent problems by establishing a baseline for your services & detailing what a client can expect when hiring you. Let the contract speak for you when a client asks for something that's out of scope -- let it tell your client no! 🙌🏼 So tell us...do you use a contract for every photo session?
