Hello, I am Coach Jamie! I am a proud trans lesbian. However, I haven't always been this way. I was raised in a small, rural, northern Minnesota town. Ever since I could remember I have always wanted to transition into my authentic self. Over a decade ago I began my transition journey to live within my authentic truth as a woman. Along the way, I had many challenges, including accepting myself as trans. I actually hated my trans identity. However, with help from my community and professionals, I dug deep within myself and have overcome many limiting beliefs about myself as a trans woman. I now fully accept and love myself. Because of my story and experience, I continue to work with the LGBTQ+ community and use my story and training as a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach to help other trans individuals live within their authentic truth.
