UPDATE —
Appeal decided: AFFIRMED
Sovereign Prude’s appeal is now closed.
State v. Prude, No. 25CA4136, Fourth District, decided Aug 10, 2026 (2026-Ohio-3219): Court overruled both assignments of error and affirmed the conviction. 57-month aggregate sentence stands.
My June 29th episode ended with "appeal pending" — which was correct at the time it was released.
But, wanted to keep you updated on the Appeal decision.

We keep tabs on all episodes and cases shown on the channel. When a case moves, we update it. This is that update.
Case# C-02-CR-25-000176: Guilty July 30, 2025. Appeal# ACM-REG-1273-2025: vacated and remanded.
Vacated is not vindicated.
A do-over, not a trophy.
Remanded means the case goes back to Anne Arundel for retrial.
Mandate = the clerk's transfer slip.
No mandate on the docket, no retrial date.
That's procedure, not a conspiracy.
Last check: still In Custody at Jennifer Road.
Both cases still Open.
Full timeline is on the episode attached below.
We'll drop the retrial date when the court does.
Until then, spare us the "he won" fairy tale — he didn't.
