In order to test myself, I'd been releasing videos almost every day this week, since Steam Next Fest had begun with the goal being whether it was actually something that I could actually do. And for the most part, I succeed at it!
But now, I'll be going back to a "video when it's ready" schedule. It feels like with YT content still being very new to me, that I should stick to a realistic more schedule and only start recording content when I have the time to do so.
On the channel front, things have been going amazingly well! I put out a video for Dying Breed and it went over 800 views! That's crazy! My videos on MENACE and Whiskerwood just went over 200 as well!
Subsequent videos of Star Trek Voyager: Across the Unknown & Nighthawks have hit the targets that I had expected from the start, so I'm quite happy with the views.
Finally I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to those of you who have been leaving likes and comments in the videos. It's been great to read the feedback on them (even that bad one I got), and it's really appreciated.

While I'm being realistic on my expectations on what I hope this channel will achieve, It's giving me the opportunity to learn how to speak in a "YouTube Environment" and I hope that as I release more videos, I'll feel more comfortable with the process in creating content both on YouTube as well as on Twitch.
I will say that this channel has already succeeded in two aspects: First, given that it was the debut video of this channel and I don't know how to promote any of this at all, the Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era video has already hit more views than I thought it would! Second, it's giving me another avenue to play video games!
Speaking of which: I just wrapped up recording the second video! It'll be the demo for MENACE, a turn-based strategy game that the publisher Hooded Horse gave me a key for. While the demo has been out for everyone for a couple of weeks at the time of this post, I feel that playing this can give me more experience in creating content of this nature, plus it'll make me feel better about the fact that up until now, I really hadn't been able to play games that they'd been sending my way.
The video should be available to watch on Monday October 6, at 10:30AM EDT. I might end up streaming more of MENACE on Twitch on Friday continuing from where I left off, since I have no other games scheduled for that day!
