Christianity taught us that religion and spirituality are synonymous.

However there is a distinct noticeable difference when you can shift mindsets and practice.

It is this:

Religion = External locus of control; God is outside of you; placate the external power or you are doomed.

Nuerosis and internal mental conflict is normalized

Spirituality = internal locus of control; you are an extension of God/source/universe; recognizing and developing your own divinity.

Inner peace and balance signals an empowered mental state

🚨 Why I Walked Away from the Metric of 109,000 Subscribers, Not the People
Some of you followed me here (This is on Substack).
You came because something deeper resonated.
And I need you to know:
This is not about walking away from you.
This is about walking away from the system that tried to reduce our connection to a number.
From a metric that told me how valuable my voice was—based on algorithmic approval.
There was a time I lived for those numbers—likes, views, subscribers.
If a video didn’t “perform,” I felt it in my soul.
Not because the message lacked truth, but because I had handed over my power to the platform.
But not anymore.
I realized I had replaced belief in an external God with a need for external validation.
That loop had to break—for my creativity, for my joy, for my alignment.

⚖️ The Ancient Mirror: Maat & Feedback Loops
Through the lens of Kametaphysics, I recognized the loop:
Life is feedback. It mirrors your vibrational essence, not your intentions.
The platform changed, but the energy didn’t.
I still gave power to something outside of me.
But once I began reading my internal vibration instead of external metrics, I was able to self-diagnose.

The “chosen ones” are not selected by some external deity.

i'm moving over to the Substack platform here is a note on Substack to explain what I am feeling about the platform:

A few of you have come to Substack with me. Many have already been here.

Family, this feels like home!

I don't have to try and dance to an algorithm. So I create me through different mediums and share it with you. Not necessarily to say look at me, but to say, just BE!

This is how I got here mentally and spiritually. Here is a light for a path. Not THE path, one of many possibilities.

But what I also love about Substack is that I can share other creators with YOU! My family.

We all get to expand greater with other input and ideas that we VIBE with. I get to support other creators, I get to cheer other creators!

Food, Fun & Bucket List Adventures 🌺🥂

Hawaii was a trip that fed my soul—and my appetite. From black sand beaches to 10,000-foot-high volcanoes, every moment felt like a postcard. But let’s talk about the food. Because, for me, meals are more than just what’s on the plate—they’re memories, conversations, and connections.

Here’s a taste of what I experienced:

The first photo? A sunset view from the restaurant. The kind that makes you stop and just take it all in.

Steak for dinner. As a Texas steak snob, I gotta say… it wasn’t up to Lone Star standards, but it was good enough with that view. 😂

Dessert was a chocolate brownie that I still think about. Seriously, it was that good.

Breakfast on a balcony overlooking paradise. A buffet that hit the spot.

And the view during breakfast? Let’s just say I could get used to that. 🌅

Traveling on my terms means turning simple moments into unforgettable memories. Stay tuned—I’ve got more to share from this trip.

Do you ever feel like things never seem to settle down? I have felt like that too. But I have learned some things about myself that I'll share here. Maybe it will give you some insight into yourself.

I am in a constant state of evolution. It's my nature to push myself... Not push, I am ignited by my passions. They can take me to the heights of ecstasy and to the depths of despair.

But what I have learned is that the depths of despair, the dark nights of the soul, have been wombs for my creativity. I don't know why I have to go there... As I was writing that sentence the answer came.

The dark nights of the soul are what forces me out of stasis. I begin to moan, groan, and ask why? That's when I am playing the victim. Then I ask what. What puts me on the path to solutions? My mind races and I deas flood into me. Then a spark that lights the night happens and I am on a new adventure.

Family, I'm on a new adventure with Substack. So many of you have been riding with me. I want you to know that all of you who have encouraged me, laughed with me, and laughed at me, know that I appreciate and love you for who you have been to me here on YouTube.
