These children accepted me and we became friends . They taught me about there amazing culture and I learned there ways ...

I want to travel the earth like Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji .
Guru Nanak is a huge inspiration to me !

ਹੈਲੋ, ਮੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਜੌਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਰਿਚਮੰਡ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਕੋਲੰਬੀਆ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਾਂ। ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਸਟ ਯੂਰਪ ਤੋਂ ਹਨ। 80 ਦੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਚਮੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਇੱਕ ਠੰਡੀ ਜੰਗ ਸੀ। ਮੇਰੇ ਗੁਆਂਢ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੰਬਰ 3 ਰੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਆਨ ਰੋਡ 'ਤੇ, ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਮੈਂ ਲੰਬੀ ਸੈਰ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਸੂਰਜ ਪੂਰਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਸੀ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਨੰਬਰ 4 ਰੋਡ, ਸ਼ੈੱਲ ਰੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਨੰਬਰ 5 ਰੋਡ ਵੱਲ ਤੁਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉੱਥੇ ਮੈਂ ਭਾਰਤ, ਫਿਜੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੋਸਤ ਬਣ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਸਿੱਖੇ...
ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕ ਬਾਲਗ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਜੌਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ।
