Diwali is coming!!! It is my most favorite holiday of the year! We start getting ready for Diwali a couple of weeks ahead of time. We make sweets, buy new clothes, clean the whole house from top to bottom and decorate the home. So many things to do. So little time!

These Chai-Spice Apple Hand Pies are so tasty with a crispy, flakey crust filled with tender apples and notes of cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. It is so good, not overly sweet at all and has definitely made me an apple pie believer. As a big plus, the house starts to smell like apple pie, and fall and Thanksgiving and makes everything feel so cozy. Happy Heart.
