I thought potholes were only in township like Soweto and Katlehong but after driving around Fouways this morning I realized there are potholes everywhere in Gauteng even in Limpopo
As always we will blame the councillors but i believe it must be bigger than that.What is going on with our local municipality?Is South Africa broke?Why are our roads looking like this ?
