because of some google shenanigans, needing to factory reset my phone and my carelessness to not update recovery information i am essentially locked to this device as far as youtube and the rest of the account goes. it's very sad, but i suppose okay so long as i never log out and this computer remains in operation and i'm not logged out for some reason.

in this recent downtime the cumulative copyright strikes have gone down to a single instance that clears out in a few weeks.

i don't think i will be uploading audiobook content as frequently as i was, but i do have a few older cassette tape rips of audiobooks that were never officially digitized and released, most notably of Tim O'Brien's "If I Die In A Combat Zone", that i feel won't put the channel in harm's way.

i also recently purchased and received my twelfth typewriter, and i'm working on a video surrounding my collection and thoughts about the hobby in general. soon to come as soon as i have an appreciable length of time off work.

My channel is almost extinct now: I've been slammed by the copyhounds.

It has been a wonderful run. I wish I could ride it out until the end, but my father made me this account, and since he is dead now, I am awfully sentimental about the prospect of losing it. I have left old tapes of a few books and Slaughterhouse, which I feel will not cause me trouble, and Céline, which probably will destroy me but I cannot bear to do ill by his name; if I should lose something so dear by Céline alone, it was worth losing.

My discord is 'jijr' save the apostrophes. If you need audiobooks, I am here until I am no longer.

Ladies, gentlemen, and everyone in-between, it has been an absolute pleasure. I hope we will all meet again in a world of peace and freedom in the taxicab if the accident will.
