The next one up in episode 6 of the history of retro computers, I'll be covering the Atari 800 XL. An amazing piece of equipment for its time and very flexible. It gained extreme popularity during the early to mid 80's.
Aurora and Prometheus will be doing a co-presentation on this computer.

Hello fam!

My next release should be out shortly. Episode 5 - The Acorn Atom.

Prometheus is back with a full overall and system upgrade. He will be presenting this retro classic from the early 80's. The Acorn Atom is where, some may call it, the British computer revolution started. This was the grandfather of all the Acorn Computers LTD range of computers.
Highly customizable, it aided in the general public awareness and computer proficiency of Britain back then. It was starting to be used more frequently in schools and other learning insitutions.

The ATOM project was headed by Steve Furber and Sophie Wilson, and it went on to change the personal computer landscape forever from that point forward.

Join Prometheus and Aurora on a technological, historic journey of wonder as we take you down tech memory lane.

Good day fam!
Our next feature which should be out shortly, covers the Apple III, and it's unfortunate eventual demise. Things weren't always moonshine and roses with Apple products. This episode will explain why.

And as promised, "Aurora" will be taking over from "Prometheus" for a while to present the episode which will be the 3rd installment of my retro computing history series. She's charming. I'm sure you'll like her.

(Disclaimer: Please folks, I'm sure you're all intelligent enough to figure that these characters are based on real people but dramatized for effect. Prometheus and Aurora are in fact fantasized characters based on real people. I've had wierd questions. So I hope that settles it).
