The process of my third solo book has been such a journey that in itself has brought up so many shadows to be seen and accepted with love and compassion. To help me release not just the beliefs but the identities attached.

Months ago I had put out a call for beta readers who wanted to read the original manuscript before any publishers require additional edits and rewrites. I had about 10-12 people commit to reading within a few days and agreeing to give me feedback and a review.
Unfortunately only one person honored their agreement.

This brought up a wound that has been around since early childhood of inconsistency. People saying one thing and doing another. Not honoring their commitment to me. This wound has shown up in businss finances, friends and family saying one thing than doing another, and romanyic partners. Showing me layer after layer of my abandonment wound.

With inner children and ego personalities, begging me to quit. Telling me the stories of how I am not enough, not needed, not desired as a person to guide and lead others. Which is not true but it’s what they have bee proframmed to believe.

But I persisted anyway. I walked with my fear. I did it scared. Today I began the tedious process of submitting my manuscript to publishers, ones who don’t require a literary agent until I’m able to secure one.

Publishers in this nature can take up to 12 weeks to get back to you, if they get back to you at all. It’s scary to sit in the space between. Wondering if your words will make a big enough impact to be picked by publisher and put out in the world.

But I’m reminded of how many other artists, including singers, painters, publishers, who stood in their power, walked in fear, and continued on anyway until the day they were “discovered”.

I don’t know where my business will lead me.
I don’t know if my books will ever get the reach that I am seeking, but in my vulnerability and fear I choose to try anyway.

Working in the healing arts, industry is rewarding, especially when you see the light in someone eyes come on and you watch their transformation overtime, especially with private mentorship, but it is definitely not an easy road for the light worker guiding.

We often struggle with not being financially supported, with judgment, and ways to make our voice stand out amongst the crowd.

But every day I wake up, and I do the work to face myself and have the courage to know that my story needs to be heard. That there are souls who would love to work with me and transform their lives. Who want to break free from being buried beneath all the programming and beliefs that have created identities that they don’t even realize or running the show.

Whether this book gets picked up or not, it will be published. But I choose to give it the proper time and the proper effort to be able to reach everyone who has ever lived in survival or is currently living in survival and ready to shift into an empowered state of acceptance, adventure, love, and thriving regardless of their circumstances

It is my testimony.
It is valid.
It is raw and real.
It is healing .

So now I choose to let go and trust. ❤️

Hello, my loves!!!

Have you ever worn a dress or a pair of pants that were so tight that you felt like you were being suffocated by it?

That is exactly how it began to feel for me when I started to become aware of the masks that I didn’t even know I was wearing.  

And that moment when they unzip your dress or you unzip your pants and you feel like you can breathe like you’re free, that’s what stripping those masks off did for me. 

I can breathe. I am free.

Identity shift did that for me.

It helped me align with the most authentic version of me here and now and understand that I’m never the same person twice. That had to stay rooted in my authenticity.

Even though that authenticity can be ever changing, there’s always a core that runs through it, a base frequency, and that’s what you have to get into harmony with.

The freedom and the sense of peace that comes from being anchored in that core frequency a.k.a. your core identity is what keeps you rooted and allows you to stay present with ease and grace during the high winds of change, the restores your hope, your confidence, your faith

It frees you a judgment of yourself, which creates less judgment of others. It allows you to become more magnetic, brighter, and more able to be seen, heard, and received.

You are magnetized to the right opportunities, the right communities, your soul tribe. 





It helps you to choose your frequency more frequently than falling victim to your frequency.



It helps you to choose what is serving you in that moment. 



It helps you to choose the lens of perspective through which you see the world. 



It helps you to see and take accountability for the new masks that you find along the way that you may have hidden away. 



It helps you to take them off every time with love and compassion.

You’re not just mastering your frequency.

You’re mastering the continuous perpetual state of rebirthing.

You're mastering detachment and flow.

You're rewiring your nervous system and your neuropathways.

You’re mastering your ability to see an experience things multidimensionally.

Identity shift is a frequency shift!

It works with the mind, the body, and the soul.

Because it does take all three to be in harmony to truly be in the flow

And even though I have already shed so many masks and feel so much freer, confident, optimistic

Eclipses carry a powerful energy — they pick us up and move us to where we’re meant to be so we can align more fully with our true path. Everyone experiences this differently, both in terms of what happens and how it’s felt. Remember, your response or reaction shapes your experience.

If you haven’t listened to the March forecast yet, you can do so at the link below to better understand the overall energy. In this post, however, I’m focusing on the energy of the upcoming eclipse.

For insight into what you might experience, think back to September 2, 2024.
Lunar eclipses are seeded by the new moon in the same sign approximately six months prior.
What themes were showing up then?

You can go even deeper by reflecting on events from 18 years ago, when we were running the same nodal axis. You could also consult your favorite astrologer or app to find out where Virgo falls in your chart.

This is a south node eclipse — the realm of our past and karma (the law of cause and effect). What old, unserving patterns, habits, and beliefs are surfacing right now? What aspects of the old you are asking to be released?

This is a call to shed perfectionism, overthinking (a big one), and getting lost in the details.

Virgo also governs both physical and mental health, so these areas will likely come to the forefront.

We can feel the effects of eclipses weeks before, during, and even weeks after they occur.

For me, Virgo rules my Midheaven — how I show up to the collective, my audience, my mission, and my public persona. The shift I sensed beginning back in June was pushed into my awareness in September when I resisted taking the necessary steps. I was enjoying the flow I was in, and because of that, the universe started removing things from my life to get me to pay attention — to choose the shift on my own. Last fall was rough for me. Interestingly, something that happened then — something expensive, time-consuming, and a bit extreme — happened again this week. But this time, I didn’t even flinch. I didn’t stress. I surrendered completely and knew it would be okay. It was a vastly different experience.

Letting go isn’t always about releasing what isn’t serving us. Sometimes, we’re asked to let go of what we love or enjoy — even things we think are serving us well.

Michael Singer says, “The practice of surrender is actually done in two very distinct steps: First, you let go of the personal reactions of like or dislike that form inside your mind and heart; and second, with the resultant sense of clarity, you simply look to see what is being asked of you by the situation unfolding in front of you.”

Be where you are in full acceptance, and make the best of it.

Thinking you know better is wild — the egoic mind cannot possibly conceptualize what the universe has in store or the path your soul set for itself before you incarnated.

This is an important step in preparing for what’s to come. The next eclipse, a solar eclipse in Aries, will bring an even more intense energy. Do your work now to let go and surrender so you’re ready.

Hello, my loves!!!

December is almost here, energetically however, we have already moved into 2025. Here are some things I feel guided to share. 2025 and beyond we are going to struggle with visualizing our future or our desires. The reason is what is available to us individually and collectively is not something we can fathom. On a collective scale what is about to happen over the next year and a half and beyond isn't something we saw coming or could imagine in the best ways. Of course, a lot will still have to be broken down and let go of for the new to come in, but I want you to know that where we are headed is a beautiful space. It is not that you won't be able to imagine or visualize, it is that you DO NOT want to rely on that because how we manifest form is changing.

Keep in mind the earth has been in a 4-dimensional plane for over ten years. We are getting closer every day to Earth moving into the 5-dimensional frequency plane. However, in the 4-dimensional plane, you can choose to project 3D rules onto your reality or 5D rules. So start there, what rules are you projecting onto your reality at any given moment?

Next, understand that the path forward is learning and mastering the art of shifting and working with frequency. While everything is and has a frequency, you begin with recognizing what your base frequency is. The best way to do this is to ask yourself what you frequently see. Is it gratitude, abundance, peace? or is lack, limitation, agitation, and separation? This is you being present and self-aware of where you are. Then, and only then can you choose to shift your frequency.

So how does this change manifestation? We can no longer base it upon what we see in material form in our lives or on the world stage. Meaning we can't look to physical reality to provide evidence. We will be focusing on the frequency of what we want to feel only and allowing the universe to create the form that we most likely could not fathom in our imaginations. This is tapping into a whole new level of trust and faith.

This is what you need to master. I have been talking about this in other terms for the last two years, that trust and faith must be your priority of mastery and now I know why.

Another massive theme for this next celestial new year is forgiveness. First of self and then of others. Nothing and I mean nothing in the past can be fixed, we can only take the lesson and apply it forward when the spiral brings a similar opportunity around again. You can't shame or blame yourself into change and evolution, only love can do that. So forgive yourself. Let it be in the past. When we don't forgive, we carry it in an energetic suitcase and it weighs on us. Forgiveness is setting it down. Forgiveness is giving the pain back to the person you chose to accept it from.

Never forget YOU are in charge of what anything means and what you take personally. All the above IS going to shape your reality one way or another over the next year and a half.

We forget that flow is uncertain. When you are in the flow of alignment you are present and focusing on what's in front of you. You are not trying to control the flow, you are not trying to control anything but your response to everything.

This can be a confusing time, with so many frequencies and timelines overlapping and collapsing. Things will be manifesting into form faster than ever over the next 6 months and beyond, so be aware of your frequency and what you are focusing on, because what you focus on you create.

Forgiveness, grace, and presence will be your keys. Don't lose them!
