Last session of the year for me β¨ Reflecting on 2025 +BJJ π€
BJJ has given me some real highs π and lows π. Winning competitions in front of my kids π¨βπ§βπ¦π are moments Iβll always remember β€οΈ. Losing and letting my quintet team down and coaches down; was a hard pill to swallow. The lows sting π₯ β but they humble you and are π β½οΈ fuel to improve.
What started as a hobby π― and an escape , slowly took over. I now organise my life around ποΈBJJ and I canβt imagine not training for a week ever again β.
Iβm technically better than Iβve ever been π β (still not good π but better) .
Getting my blue belt from my coaches π΅π₯ was a highlight, and I donβt take that lightly π hopefully get good enough to feel deserving to wear it, in a few years.
Iβve trained with some amazing people π¦π¦π₯·, made friends π, been part of a team for the first time in my life, been in a room that pushes you hard πͺ while looking after you and helping you to grow π±. Iβve never had a single day where I havenβt been excited to go in.
BJJ has made me happier π, calmer π§π½ββοΈ, and more balanced as a person βοΈ. It challenges me, grounds me, and keeps me healthy πͺ.
huge thank you to @rgamarlow all of the coaches and my team mates.
The Sikh BJJ community has always had my back and helped me every step of the way. Thank you to everyone of you.
Thanks to this amazing human for visiting the clinic today. Her hard work, discipline, and positivity shine through β¨β training isnβt just reps, itβs about mindset, consistency, and kindness too. Excited to be a part of your competitive bodybuilding journey ! π #StrongInsideOut#inspirationalwomen
