Healing Circle: A Journey of Energy, Breath & Connection

Each Healing Circle is a sacred space to reconnect with your body, breath, and energy.
We begin with a short introduction where we present the theme of the session — a focus that anchors our collective intention.

From there, we gently awaken the body through movement to uplifting music, allowing energy to rise and flow freely. Once our vibration is high, we move into a short guided meditation to center the mind and open the heart.

Then, we dive into two rounds of rhythmic breathing, activating the inner healer within and creating a deep state of presence and receptivity.

From that space, we guide the group through live energy healing, working on both individual participants and the collective field. This segment allows for deep integration, release, and energetic renewal.

We then close with a Q&A segment, offering space for reflection, sharing, and deeper understanding.

Each circle is a unique experience, but the essence remains the same:
to move, breathe, heal, and connect — together.

Introducing THE HEALING CIRCLE - first SESSION Sunday the 28th of September @ 18:00 CET - 11:00 AM CST

Each week one person will win a free 1:1 healing session with me.
Every other person attending in the zoom call will get 50% off my 1:1 healing session (a 55 dollar value.)

Each session will have a theme - session 1 will focus on Healing the Inner Child. I will present this theme and then we will go into a short meditation. Afterwards, we will go into live healing of individual members and of the group as a whole.

The Inner Child in each one of us is patiently waiting for us to recognise the hurt/trauma for what it really is - a gift that is waiting for you to unwrap it.
