The History of Bharat

Gandhi never appealed for violence in his life. Not when thousands were massacred in Jallianwala, not when 1000s died in Moplah or Noakhali genocides, not when Lala Lajpat Rai was beaten to death' by British. Not when British forces open fired to kill 30+ youth in Tarapur, Munger. Not when British forces killed 100s in one day during Azad Maidan demonstrations 1946.

Not one appeal. No violence done by his followers.

But the very same followers killed more than 1000 fellow Indians in one day after he was shot dead. Had Gandhi made one appeal on any of the above incidents or even when Lala Lajpat Rai was murdered, do you think his supporters would have responded as they did when he died.
