These are Sur 13 members, who are a paramilitary force run by the men of La Eme, i.e. "The Mexican Mafia." Sur 13, or Sewer Rats, are hyper RACIST against non American Mexicans, specifically, and poorer "Latinos" generally. Here is a clip I took in a "conversation" with a Vineland Boy 13 member in 08/2023. He tries to backpetal it, but already revealed the truth. In L.A. County Jail Sur13 Brutally beat Mexicans like this EVERYDAY, in every facility, and almost every dorm setting. They institute a system of REGULATIONS, like no being barefoot, no napping, mandatory daily exercise, etc.; punishable by being "regulated": 3 Sewer Rats against one "wetback" at a time (no age, mental faculty, or disability restrictions AT ALL). The Sewer Rats use this system of violence to PROJECT to black inmates a sense of domination as a means to keeps black fang members at bay, and dissuade them from engaging them in gang violence related to "street" tensions or rivalries. Sur 13 is far more RACIST and brutal against ACTUAL Mexicans in America than the KKK, Neo Nazis, or racist black people who, likewise, see Immigrants as intrusive threats & attack them regularly in L.A., Texas, & Arizona.
All Sewer Rats, pay rent to be in Sur 13 to La Eme members. Each Eme member, about 800, maximum, controls a district. Mosca, from Varrio San Fer 13 [vSF 13], controls every Sewer Rat member, of every age (from 12 years old to in their 60s) in Ventura County and the entire San Fernando Valley, including Glendale & Burbank, for example. And he is being held, on Death Row, with a stay of execution, due to Newsome's moratorium on Capital Punishment in CA. La Eme thrives on the profits derived from such RACIALLY MOTIVATED HATE CRIMES! The longer WE allow La Eme members to live the greater threat they pose to US and immigrants ALIKE. And the fewer Sewer Rats WE allow cops to use DEADLY FORCE against, the EASIER it is for ADULT Sewer Rats to groom and recruit CHILDREN into the LIFE LONG SERVICES of "The Big Homies" who 'call the shots' in The Mexican Mafia.
"'Entry into the authority system'. A second condition triggering the shift to the authentic state is the act of defining the person as part of the authority system in question. It is not enough that we perceive an authority, he must be an authority relevant to us."

"FORSTELLARIUS EST PAUPERUM DEPRESSOR ET TOTIUS COMMUNITATIS ET PATRLE PUBLICUS INIMICUS. 3 Inst. 196. A forestaller is an oppressor of the poor, and a public enemy of the whole community and country."
"REUS LIESZE MAJESTATIS PUNITUR UT PEREAT UNUS NE PEREANT OMNES. A traitor is punished that one may die lest all perish. 4 Coke, 124."

"Classical (Pavlovian) conditioning can be done with earthworms, and operant (Skinnerian) conditioning can be conducted on rats and pigeons. But there is a third level of learning that pretty much only primates and humans are capable of, and that is what is called social learning.
This third level of learning, in its most powerful form, revolves primarily around the observation and imitation of a role model. Unlike operant conditioning, in social learning it is not essential that the learner be directly reinforced in order for learning to take place. What is important in social learning is to understand the characteristics that can lead to the selection of a specific individual as a role model.

The processes that make someone a desirable role model include:

• Vicarious reinforcement. You see the role model being reinforced in a manner that you can experience vicariously.
• Similarity to the learner. You perceive that the role model has a key trait that makes him/her similar to you.
• Social power. The role model has the power to reward (but does not necessarily do so).
• Status envy. You envy the role model's receipt of rewards from others."
