You probably know this flower for its meaning — “Don’t forget me.” But it also has another beautiful message — “True love.” I tried to capture the quiet and graceful beauty of the forget-me-not through French embroidery. I made these colorful little thimbles by dividing them into sections and playing around with color combos. These are the nine I ended up with—each one a little different! I only used two simple stitches, but I kept thinking… they’d look really cute with other types of stitches too, using the same pattern.
