I’m a proponent of internet money. I always advice young people to take advantage of the internet and make money for themselves.

The internet is a pool of endless possibilities. The opportunities are enormous for anyone who is serious about making money online and enjoying a better life.

Learn a digital high income skill that you can offer to companies within and outside Nigeria.

Do you know how sweet it is to live in Nigeria, earn in dollar and spend in naira?

Ngl, that feeling is sweeter than orgasm.

Even if it is ordinary $500 you earn a month, if you convert it to naira, you’ll be miles ahead of most people who work in different companies in this country.

Now, imagine combining working for a company in Nigeria and also offering your digital skills online to earn more money? That’s a great feeling.

I can make bold to say that there is no day this year that I didn’t earn some dollars, even if it is $5.

From the first of January 2023 to the last day of December 2023, I earned money, not in naira but in dollars.

This means that everyday of my life, even when I sleep, I earn money.

If I wake up tomorrow morning and decide not to do anything at all, I’ll still earn money in dollars. That’s one of the blessings the internet has bestowed on us.

There is no guarantee that you can earn dollars daily like some of us do, but you can start from somewhere, don’t you think so?

No matter how little. Just start from somewhere first.

Start from learning a skill. It could be:

✅ Media Buying
✅ Building funnels
✅ Video editing/transitioning
✅ Transcribing
✅ Data entry
✅ Data analytics
✅ Web designing
✅ Traffic hacking.
✅ Use of AI tools.
✅ UI/UX
✅ Blogging/Vlogging

Just learn a skill and offer your skill as a service. It’s that simple.

One of the problems I see with some young people is that they’re carried away by money. They focus on the money and miss out on the bigger picture.

Stop focusing on money. Money is not real. It’s just a piece of paper that people offer in exchange for value.

So instead of focusing on money, you should focus on becoming a person of value. Focus on who you become, not what you get. Focus on the journey.

You know why?
Because the better you become, the better you attract and the more money you make at the end of the day.

Stop mixing these things up. That’s why you keep moving in circles.

Stop chasing money. If you chase things, it means the things has control over you. Stop chasing and start attracting.

Yes, in the beginning, you’ll chase, but if you want better results, you need to create the right strategies for your chasing.

If you learn how to attract money, you’ll always have more to enjoy yourself with.

Sometime in 2018/2019, a lady in Ikeja, her name is Lara. She had a booming logistics business.

She ran away with our goods and some millions of money.

So imagine loosing millions of money back then. I told Vincent David to calm down and forget about it. Yea, it was painful but we had to let go and position ourselves to make even more money than that.

Vincent was still schooling in DELSU at that time. Imagine what it means for a student to lose huge sum in final year.

After Vincent graduated, I adviced him to move to Lagos, as I believed this would help him become better.

Guess what? The next year after we lost that millions, Vincent bought his first car. A Lexus.

See let me tell you, if you continue to chase only money, it means you’re not playing the longterm game.

Your main focus should be on becoming someone who attracts money. Become someone who is value driven and money will always come to you.

Money is a byproduct of value creation. Money exchanges hands when value is involved.

If you want to make more money, you have to offer more value.

If you want to attract more money, you’ll have to become more valuable.

The company you’re working for today still pays you salary because of the job you do (value) for the company. The day you stop being valuable to the company is the day they’ll lay you off.

You need to understand how the world works and you also need to understand how money works.

If you understand how money works, then you’ll learn how to make money work for you.

Many young people are not willing to bend down and learn, and that’s why they’re ok with the peanuts they’re getting from their 9-5.

I’m not saying that salary is a bad thing. Never!!!

I have people I pay salaries monthly, amazing people who work for me and those who work with me. And I try as much as I can to continuously review the salaries and increase it often, as long as their value to my business increases.

The issue is not the salary, the issue is people being complacent.

You cannot earn a salary of 50k or 100k monthly for 2 years straight and tell me you’re ok, especially if that’s all the money that comes to you monthly. Something is definitely wrong with you.

You’re not thinking and acting as you should.

It shows you’re not growing or making efforts to grow.

Many young people are on this table. How can you earn the same amount of income every month for 2 years straight and you don’t see anything wrong with it?

You don’t know about economics? You don’t know about inflation? You don’t know what the money market is?

I admire people who work and aspire to be better. You see them taking courses online because they believe the certification will give them a better chance at gaining promotion or earning more money.

My friend Melordi started working with a company as a sales person that overseas sales of the company’s products in different supermarkets across a region in Lagos.

She took it upon herself to take online courses and get certifications. With that, she got promotions in that company and she’s now a big girl. She got married this year and has moved out of the country. But her business @hairby_melordi on IG is still running smoothly in Nigeria.

My friend Lilian works in a bank. She didn’t stay comfortable with the salary she was earning.

She took online courses. She got promoted to Team Lead in a bank at their HQ in VI. She still did not stop there. She took more courses and got promoted to Project Manager at the bank’s HQ.

Of course her salary increased.

Imagine if she stayed comfortable with the initial salary and did not develop herself. She would have been at one spot in her life, earning peanuts.

I can go on and on and on.

In 2024, you must make self development a priority. You must seek knowledge, wisdom, guidance, discipline, good health, good relationships, good looks, etc.

You must seek out opportunities to increase your capacity to earn more.

Without attention, your business will continually have its head underwater.

This is one reason why businesses that does not invest in marketing will always lose to the ones that does.

There is no magic to growing a business, than first, getting attention.

Beyond money, attention is the most valuable currency of humans, because it involves time.

It is of utmost importance that you learn how to convince strangers (especially your ideal audience) that you deserve their attention.

To do this, you must learn marketing and how to influence people, before trying to advertise anything to anyone.

You can start by reading the books like;

- Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion, by Robert Cialdini

- Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions, by Dan Ariely

- Contagious: Why Things Catch On, by Jonah Berger

- Thinking, Fast and Slow, by Daniel Kahneman

You can also do your own research and find helpful materials and resources that would be of immense help to you on this journey.

Always remember that without attention, your business will suffer and continue to have its head under water.

Learn how to capture attention.
Learn how to sustain the attention.
Learn how to convert the attention into money.

When you come across comments like this on YouTube, know it today that the person behind such comment is a scammer.

Stop falling for cheap scams. It’s a shame ghat adults still fall for such cheap and ridiculous scam.

I will never drop my phone number in the comments section of a YouTube video.

If you see anyone with my picture dropping a number or replying to comments with a phone, don’t contact the person. Rather, you should report the account.

Start behaving like an adult and don’t let desperation lead you into being defrauded.

If you find yourself in a neighborhood where it seems like you’re the only one doing well... Please MOVE OUT!

If you live in a neighborhood where it appears that the basic things of life is seen as luxury, please MOVE OUT!

If you live in a neighborhood where people suspect your source of income because “him too dey on gen, which work him dey do”... please MOVE OUT!

If you live in a neighborhood where they call you all sorts of name because you’re doing well as a young lady... please MOVE OUT!

Don’t apply prayers in a situation that requires common sense. Use your head before they use it for you.

Go to a neighborhood that appreciates the standard you have set for yourself.

Go live in a neighborhood where people would hardly notice your lifestyle.

Go live in a neighborhood where people are busy improving their lives and making big moves, hence they don’t have time for daily gossips.

Move away from environments where hate, jealousy and joblessness makes people notice who bought a new set of shoes and who turns on gen everyday.

Move to a neighborhood that accommodates your standard.

If you build an intimidating mansion in the midst of squalor, you’re setting yourself up to be a prey. You will become an easy target.

Go and live among your kind.

Get a laptop or borrow a laptop to setup your Ads and do it properly.

There’s a reason why you don’t see professionals teaching you how to run Ads with a phone.

Stop complicating issues for yourself. If you need great results from your Ads, use a laptop.

The moment you begin to notice any sense of envy or jealousy around you, especially from the people you call friends...


Then it’s time to redefine friendship.


Do not entertain any of such behavior from people close to you, else you die carelessly.


Flee from anyone who sees your growth and wins as competition instead of motivation.


Don’t sit there and say “God will fight for me and protect me.”


God has already fought for you by revealing their jealousy and envy to you.


God has fought for you by showing you the bad energy in your circle.


God has offered you protection by putting a brain in your head.


Use your brain.


Your success and winnings should motivate the people in your circle.


Your rise to glory should make your friends feel proud and fulfilled.


If they exhibit any feeling contrary to genuine happiness, you must flee.


This is not something you can handle, no matter the amount of grace or rhema you carry.


You must flee from such people and environment. The fire in you cannot consume their evil thoughts. Stop deceiving yourself.


Joseph and Mary had to disembark with Jesus when God revealed Herod’s plan to them.


They took off without a second thought.


Is it that God is not with Jesus?


Abi Jesus no carry grace?


They had to take off because ndi Igbo has a saying that… “voom ka mma karia statement.”

Throw money into advertising yourself, your programs, your products, your services, your courses, your ebooks, your WhatsApp classes, your YouTube channel, your email list.


Whatever it is you have to offer the world, invest in paid advertising and put it out there. Let it choke on our faces.


Get on people’s nerves with your confidence, aura and audacity.


Let people start taking about you. Let those who will love you love you, and for those who will hate on you, give them more reasons to choke on their hatred.


Face the camera and make those videos.
Start building that email list.
Start building that WhatsApp list.
Start that YouTube channel.
Start that talk show you’ve always had in mind.


Bring those ideas in your head into light.


If you've been averaging 500k monthly, it's time to double that sh*t. You can’t keep playing small for the rest of your life.


If you’ve been spending 500k monthly on Ads, double that sh*t and your results will increase.


Stop playing it safe. Roll your sleeves and get down to it. Whatever has to be done, do it even when you don’t feel like it.
