I have gotten my account back!! I apologize for anyone the hacker tried to scam luckily no one fell for it!! But me ofc AAA 😭😭

They were one of my friends main account and they told me that they accidentally reported my account and that I have to directly dm this guy “marksmithsupport25” (BOT) who proceeded to trick me into giving information and changing my email.
Now I know lesson learned that whole thing wasn’t my friend joking or anything or actually accidentally doing all of this but a bot who hacked into their real account

Reminder for half asleep me and others:
Discord employees will never reach out to you to request your personal or account information -real discord message

Here’s some stuff I didn’t look out for too well!
•the way my “friend” messaged me, their writing style. Originally I thought they were just being really serious so I didn’t pick up on it so if you and your friends ever joke about stuff like that have a safe word/code that changes each month or something A
•the “discord support guy” gave me an unreasonable amount of time to respond/take action on the “report”
•if they directly ask for your information through dms. I even gave the wrong info on accident and it still worked because of the one step, DONT CHANGE UR EMAIL UNLESS ITS UR EMAIL THAT YOU HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER LOL

I feel like I’m in adopt me roblox all over again being scammed into giving all of my magic potions away lmaoo oops

as I posted, my discord account is going through some stuff? idk if it’s hacked or if discord support just decided to do me dirty :’)
So anyone in the discord of the vampire Ashfur map until I have it all figured out the map will be temporarily paused. If my account starts to say things and send links DO NOT trust them. Please @ fernwing the co-host / helper and they will figure it out. Participants may still work on their parts I’m not going to stop the project because of this
